Yousuf (Moline store) was awesome. He made buying an upgrade very simple and offered phone tips (e.g. charging) which I'd never known. I don't have to go into the store often, but there is always a customer in there changing to Boost because they are dissatisfied with their current provider!

Brandon went above and beyond to take care of some issues I recently had at a local store, and Yousef was absolutely wonderful! It's feels good to know that businesses do still care! Literally made my weekend!!!!!
