Well laid out and clean. Good to get to just talk with employees who are engaged and want to have conversations while they work. Stopped by to get some tools for an employee. Tools were locked up but there was an employee nearby who was able to create a list on his scanner and got me everything I was in need of from the back.

2 1/2 hours to rotate 4 tires is a bit extreme....with an appointment. When I finally asked them to check, they said oh there is a small leak that is unrepairable. Totally ridiculous.

Easy in and out, staff is helpful. When I need a battery for tractor or vehicle it is always my first stop. Always have to walk around and see what's new and cool.

Checked the battery in my vehicle and checked its cold cranking amps after a full charge. Found the battery was weak and replaced it with the remainder of the 96 month warranty. Saved me $150.00.

Rockstar review with guppy news.Blains has the nicest setup everything is well put together.Just don’t go shopping 15 minutes before they close, cashier was just in a bit of a hurry. We understand where it’s late this time we got home, we get it. We got charged for two items, and we only walked out the store with one. Guess we’ll fix it in the morning.

We have started getting our dog food here usually cheaper and available when we need it. Have purchased a few other sale and clearance items as well. Always happy to find good deals!

I had a wire harness put in April of 2021. Recently noticed my right side wasn't working when I borrowed my dad's trailer on lights. I called Farm & Fleet and spoke with Bryan the service manager. I explained my green wire is resting on my tailpipe. I went in and they fixed it for free. Great customer relationship!!!!

Had a wheel bearing going out and maybe another issue. Went in to have the suspension checked. They came back with needing $1425 in repairs. The report said I need new front brakes. I had just replaced the front brakes three months prior. Said three of four wheel bearings needed replacing. Two had just been replaced within months. Said I needed a new sway bar. Just replaced it the year before. Said I needed new struts. Had replaced them the year before. In my opinion, just another auto repair shop that appears to be scamming people they think know nothing about cars.

This is in reference to the automotive service department. Buyer beware! I had a horrible experience there. First of all I made an appointment ahead of time to have a battery replaced, when I arrived for the appointment on time, I was informed they wouldn't be able to do it and I'd have to come back another day! I argued, then they decided to proceed. I was also informed there would be a $9.00 installation fee. Considering most places install batteries for FREE, this is price gauging, however, I decided to proceed. Then the manager informs me that one of the bolts holding down the battery is stripped and it would be an additional charge of $100.00 to remove it. At this point I'm naturally irate, $100.00 to remove a bolt, $129.00 in addition to the cost of the battery. At this point I was swearing, the manager instead of having one modicum of empathy, asked me to stop swearing. I went to a competitor two miles down the same road who installed the battery for free.

We picked up some baby chicks! They have plenty in stock and they are very healthy. Blains has everything you need for the baby chicks. Employee was helpful grabbing the chicks we picked out. Also I love just browsing Blains!
