“Susie and Terry are nothing short of outstanding ! The Customer Service is the best ! My GMC Sierra had a horrible "shudder" and the local GMC Dealership said they could fix it for about $3,000 bucks. The Service Manager was nice enough to pull me aside and suggest I go to Moline Transmission. Seemed like Susie knew the issue before I walked in the door. lol.

I called to Erickson's and they told me to be there at 1:30. It was only about 90 minutes and we still needed to make it there. After filing the tire 5 times to get there (the slow leak came a monster), we pulled in at 1:20. In no time, the car was pulled into the bay and found it was beyond repair. But, lucky for us we had a full size spare. They put the spare on and gave us our old tire and all of that happened in about 15 minutes. More than enough time to get to Iowa. City for the weekend wedding we were attending. So, thank you a million times for being kind, finding time for us and the VERY inexpensive bill at the end. Just amazing and so kind. If we lived in Moline, I would have brought you cookies. DEB”

“In April of 2022, I made contact with salesman Jeff Appleman at Hiland Toyota. I advised what I was looking for. Due to a shortage of parts and inventory due to the COVID fallout, I had to be put on an allocation list with a fully refundable $500 deposit. Jeff explained exactly how it worked and would keep me up to date monthly as to how things were going. Jeff did as he said he would. He contacted me monthly to let me know where I was on the allocation list. The one thing I appreciated was that Jeff did not try to push another model on me just to make the sale. After about five months, I received my first call from Jeff letting me know that they had an allocation of the model I wanted but the car did not have the exact extra's I wanted. Over the next two months, I would receive three more calls for new allocations and that I was finally #1 on the list for the model I requested. I still passed because I had already waited this long so I might as well wait until the vehicle I specifically wanted was available. In month eight, I received the call that the exact car I wanted with all of the correct upgrades was available and I was given a build date. Three weeks after the build date, the car was at the dealership. I showed up a few days later to pick it up. Jeff met me and we went through all of the necessary details along with a test drive of the vehicle in question. After the test drive, I met with the financial officer and negotiated my loan in addition to just a few optional upsells options. Tip..... the extended warranty is negotiable. Soon after I met with Jeff again and I was on my way home with my new car. All of the staff I came across while I was there were nice and accommodating. Nobody is pushy. The experience was excellent and should I ever buy a new Toyota again, I will definitely come to this dealership first.
