“The Lou Fusz Kia service department is a friendly staff of professionals. I'm very disappointed with the Kia warehouse in Chicago. The wrong passenger car window was shipped to the Lou Fusz Kia service department on November 19th and the correct passenger car window was delivered on November 25th so I had to pay Enterprise Rent-A-Car for six additional days for a 2025 Nissan Sentra rental.”

“Took my car here for the first time in November after getting sideswiped and needing minor damages fixed. Speed and Floyd's was great, they got me scheduled as soon as they could and handled any insurance things on their end as they made repairs. Even with dropping my car off on a short week because of the holiday, they still had it done within the estimated timeframe. Office staff was great and friendly and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend Speed and Floyd's to anyone needing repairs!”

Tools were locked up but there was an employee nearby who was able to create a list on his scanner and got me everything I was in need of from the back.”

I’ve had a battery that’s been in my old car for nearly 9 years and the day finally came. I swung by oreily in hopes of just getting a new battery to replace, but Justin there did it all with no extra charge. Amazing place for some solid deals on wipers and really excellent customer service.”

“I test drove a used vehicle at this dealership and was pleasantly surprised how much the salesman, Matt Truitt knew about a vehicle they don’t even sell new on their lot. Matt was very knowledgeable and knowing I was pressed for time, had the vehicle washed and running when I arrived to take it on a test drive. I did end up buying somewhere else but only because the vehicle was missing a couple of my “must-have” options. Matt said he would keep his eyes open for me and gave me his personal cell number to call if I had any questions, whether I bought from him or I found a vehicle somewhere else. I’ve never heard a salesman offer this before and was really taken back. If you’re looking for a car and they have what you’re looking for at this dealership, I would highly recommend Matt.”

A friend recommended Key Auto mall. The mechanics were not only able to identify the issue, they fixed it! The cost was much lower than I anticipated. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, they called almost daily to give updates, I could not be more happy with the service.”
