Quick and easy appointment for an eye exam and to pick out new glasses. Dawn was my sales associate. She was very kind and patient with myself and my kids. Had plenty of frames to choose from and expenses were explained very well during the checkout process.

My family has been going here for glasses and contacts for years and we've never had a bad experience. Recently my wife and I got new glasses, we were helped by Dawn and she was wonderful. Answered all of our questions and was very nice to chat with. I recommend going here if you need glasses or contacts, they have some great options to choose from.

I am a repeat customer and have always enjoyed my experience coming to America’s Best! I recently had issues with my eyes and saw Dr Boohoo right away. I’m so surprised by one of the comments talking about the leadership being unprofessional- the store manager, Rana, was able to get me in right away when I called and explained what was going on with my eyes. She was very friendly and personable. The Dr was very thorough and was able to prescribe me medicated eye drops right away. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great care and good prompt service!

They gave me half the information that was needed during my initial appointment as well as an inaccurate quote on my copay for me and my wife. They gave me a pamphlet with a due date of 02/18 and my glasses still hadn’t arrived by 02/23. I called in to check the status and the manager Renee(Renae) was rude and argumentative on when I paid and what quotes were given to me. She was aggressive over the phone and completely unprofessional to be in leadership. Never seen this person in store either. Terrible location, would not recommend. Customer service was able to track and confirm my account and dates. Go to Davenport where it’s not ghetto !!

The doctor was fantastic!Everyone that works there is helpful and kind. Dawn helped me pick out my frames and she did an excellent job. There were quite a few frames to choose from. I will definitely go back there ?

While I have not picked up my glasses yet as they are due to arrive tomorrow (1/12/2024) OR SOONER (as the employee said) there should be a better way to check the order status. I was given the option when my glasses were ordered to be notified either by email OR text (not both). I chose to receive a text (I have received nothing as of yet). The problem with this: the only way to check order status on the website is via email, and of course since I chose text as my notification method, nothing appears associated with my email address as far as my order.

Dawn was the woman who helped me she was so sweet and helpful really took time to help me. The doctor though rushed through my eye exam and wasn’t very helpful. All the other workers were very helpful.

I purchased 2 sets of glasses for around $450. The prescriptions were wrong and were not usable. I called immediately and told them of their mistake. When I came in to have them fixed they said they would “only” charge me 50% for new lenses. I objected as the lenses they gave me were clearly the wrong prescription. The “customer service”person at the moline office, Linda, thought being rude and saying the same thing over and over again would somehow resolve the issue. If her interaction with me is typical of the service and communication she generally provides the office definitely needs a new customer service rep. Regardless, I called the corporate office and they indicated they would look into it. Will update with the results.

I had an amazing experience at America’s Best, as I have for years now since trying several eyewear establishments! My 2 year old broke my glasses and I was in dire need of a new pair. The staff here were quick and very responsive in being helpful. I truly appreciate the help in frame-picking and the lovely conversation I had with Dawn! Truly a great staff you have here so thank you!!

Went in for a contacts exam and contacts and I have to say I was blown away by how nice and efficient everyone was. From the doctor, Dr. Boodhoo to the staff in the front it was an amazing experience. The prices were even better than I thought! I reenrolled in their eye club too, great value. I'm gonna be going here from now on. Great job everyone at the store you rock!
