KNOWING DAMN WELL I WAS NOT HOME AFTER MY NEIGHBOR INFORMED YOU . ON PRIVATE PROPERTY!!!YOU SAID YOU " SAW MY WIFE!!!" WHO IS NOT ON THE CONTRACT FOR ANY OF THE APPLIANCES WE HAVE BEEN PAYING ON .....AND DECIDED TO STICK AROUND FOR 2 HOURS AND TELL MY NEIGHBOR " YOUR NOT LEAVING YOU SAW MY WIFE " WHO HAS SEVERE CPTSD !! THEN ...YOU TRIED TO GO AROUND THE BACK DOOR.....AND OPEN IT !!!! EVEN THO IT WAS LOCKED !!!! SMILED AT THE CAMERA WHEN YOU SAW IT THO . WE HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA AND AUDIO RECORDINGS. EVEN AFTER MY WIFE ACTIVATED THE ALARM SYSTEM YOU PRESITED TO TRY TO GET IN ! SHE DIDNT KNOW WHO YOU WHERE ????!!!? I HAD TO COME HOME EARLY TO MY WIFE TERRIFIED AND CRYING . I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISCUSSED IN MY LIFE .SHAME! THE MOMENT YOU KNEW I WASENT THERE AND MY WIFE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ! YOU. SHOULD. HAVE . LEFT

Went in to look at a washer and dryer. Found one I was interested in and asked them about it. No one knew anything about it, which was odd. Decided to get it anyway. Work got extremely slow, so I fell behind on my payments (which they were very nice about working with me). Well today I informed them I couldn't afford this washer and dryer right now and they were more than happy to set up a time to come get it. It was a little odd they didn't offer me something cheaper (which there were cheaper options) to keep a customer (which I was more than willing to do) rather than lose a customer. Which is fine with me, I'll just save up money and buy a brand new one, for half what they charge for a used one.

I called and told them exactly what I was looking for and that I was on a monthly budget.. I jumped online and picked out what I wanted and they worked out a payment plan for me! Great products affordable prices and friendly service. I definitely recommend and you can also pay 6 months same as cash.

They are very unprofessional I came up to the store to find a couch that I liked I filled out the forms paid for the couch and they said my couch will be delivered Tuesday so Tuesday come around my couch not here I called up there to see when my couch will be delivered they told me I wasn’t approved for the couch an I only been at job form a month and I get ssi no one called me to say I didn’t approve or anything I spent $90 on couch that I could’ve used for my kids so I guess they refunded back to my card an it’s going to take 3-5 days for my money to come back on my card y’all don’t go these people they are not good with customer service nor telling people if they are approved or not instead of taken people money

I went in for a personal interview and everything went well and I was told that she had to continue her process of going through the applications just to be fair but there was a 95% chance that she was going to hire me and she was going to call me the following Monday. I went in for the personal interview on the Wednesday of the week before and so I waited for the phone call. It never showed up her. I never received a phone call on Monday so I called Monday night before they closed and she said that she had to talk to you, the higher-ups about the budget for the sales manager position and she would probably be getting a hold of the following day. I never received that call the following day, so I called one more time at the end of that week, which was a Friday and left a message. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he was going to give her the message. She was on the phone with her boss and still I never heard nothing so basically, they just blew me off. It is just very upsetting because I would’ve been an excellent fit for this position and I thought that we hit it off very well. This is for the Moline store on the Avenue of the cities. If they treat their potential employees like this, they probably treat their employees the same way and I’m sure customers get the worst customer service and treatment possible. I have never in my life had an experience like this ever.. a simple phone call is all it would of took. If I could give you zero stars, I would. After this experience in doing further research, this is not a good business to purchase goods from or to work for. It all start from who is running the show. Bad management equals bad business.

This place is a joke. They took my money and say they don't refuse anyone however...the lady there called my references and asked them for personal information about me. She violated my rights and when i called her out on it, they denied my application. They still have my initial payment yet I have no furniture
