I have used this location for YEARS! Never have I encountered a problem until this evening! I purchased a glow in the dark 7 ft iPhone charging cable with c end. Did not have this thing two weeks and tonight I noticed the C end had come off in the charger itself. I went to this store to find another and a gentleman told me where these particular ones were located. In the mean time, the girl behind the counter is yelling at me asking me what I want. I told her I found it and she just kept yelling at me about whether or not I was buying something! I grabbed an iPhone cord and showed her what happened to my other one. She said it didn't have a tag, I told her I knew that because I had purchased it two weeks ago. I had started to enquire about a warranty and she snapped there is no warranty and was I going to buy the one I had. I said yes, she rang it up, did not let me put my number in for my loyalty points. She said there were no points for that! WHATEVER!
Well, when I got outside, I noticed the port was not the correct one because it didn't fit my charger. Mind you, I had not left the parking lot at that time! I took it back in, she REFUSED to exchange it even though I had my receipt, she told me to leave, another guy told me I had to leave and she kept saying I was HYPER! NO! I want my correct cord!
Just before I left, I noticed I had dropped a debit card, I went back in to see if I had dropped it in the store and she said "why are you back here?" I told her and she said "No, you didn't" and would not even let me look around the store where I had been I DO intend to contact corporate! When my husband went over there, she said she CAN'T because she didn't know how! Then said she had to have a manager's permission! She said absolutely NONE of that to me!~
And if I could give NO STARS, this person would get just that!

This is how 7-Eleven needs to be run the management is great all the workers are friendly the pop machine is fresh and clean please take note I hope managers read this in a regional take notice.

I wanted to add my photos to my review. The owner is a crook. I was there May 8/2020 and 4 cases of bottled water outside came down on my van and damaged my front bumper while I was inside. The owner refused to pay for my damages and show me the video of the incident. I have pictures to prove I'm not lying which I'm attaching now in my updated review. I'm asking people to not support this location! He does not deserve your money!

The mid shift woman who works is the absolute worst. Do not stop by the 7-Eleven anywhere near the times between 11:00 and 6:00 especially if she's working. She never has any food in the hot case, she refuses to replace pop, refuses to make food for customers and just simply does not want to do her job. She has the worst customer service imaginable and it's horribly rude. Now that the manager is leaving I can only imagine how much worse this place is going to be. The only actual good employee that they have is the older lady who works in the morning. Do something about this employee it's absolutely ridiculous that anytime people stop in, I always hear her tell others she can't make food or she can't do this or that. So I simply stop asking/ stopping in. This store is actively losing sales because of her. Somebody apparently needs help on this shift. She definitely needs to be retrained on how to do her job.

Has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is a male or women (can't tell) there with unpleasant purple hair that has complete disregard fo human life. He will refuse to serve you if you prove him wrong against his accusation. He has tried to tell us to leave countless times management says we're okay to go in. If you ever want to see a adult throw a fit just visit here for a show. If not I wouldn't waste my money on this location. Gas station employee craving power.

Would give 0 stars if available. Nobody ever answers the phone. I thought front of house was supposed to be able to multitask? Pathetic. I’ve called OVER 10 times, AND STILL NO ANSWER.
