You get great reward options being a Walgreens member, you can redeem points up to 10$ in a transaction, great sale deals BOGO deals as a member as an example, great variety of a lot of different necessities, opens at 7 am for those early morning needs, staff is nice!

I avoid this pharmacy at all costs. CVS so much better to deal with. Always some snot answering the phone in the pharmacy and treating you like you owe them something. Hello, I am the customer. I live nearby and go out of my way to pick up perscriptions at CVS rather than dealing with this place. Monthly perscriptions that arent cheap with good insurance. You would think business they want. Walgreens has really went downhill.

Two days ago I received an automated voicemail informing me my prescription was ready. I drove to this location today, only to wait in the car line for 19 minutes. When I finally got up to the window, I was informed that my prescription was NOT ready, and that they had "no idea why I got a call." I told the pharmacists I had been waiting in line for so long and asked if there was anything she could do to fill the prescription on the spot, and I was told they were short staffed and I would have to come back in an hour. I can understand how being short-staffed can throw things off, but if Walgreens is going to notify customers of prescriptions through an automated system, they need to ensure the system works properly. This particular issue of receiving a call notifying me the prescription was ready, only to drive there and be told it wasn't has happened multiple times. However, today was the first day I waited in line for so long due to staffing issues.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They never have any of the main antibiotics in stock and we have to wait multiple days if not a week and when I say they never have it I mean out of the 8+ times we've been there to get children's medication they have NEVER had it in stock!!!! This is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.

Just switched to this pharmacy & had two prescriptions sent here. I received a call that one was ready, but not the other. With that being said, I proceeded to call the pharmacy to see what was going on. After holding for twenty minutes for the pharmacy, a different department picked up my call and had to transfer back to the pharmacy. The pharmacist that answered the phone was EXTREMELY arrogant and acted as if I was wasting her time. She proceeded to question why I was calling her with quite a bit of attitude. I definitely do NOT recommend this Walgreens location to anyone.

My experience with Walgreens pharmacy was very frustrating. Picking up an order for my mother, who was just released from the hospital. Pharmacist Melanie explained that "We do not fill these two prescriptions, you must find them in the aisle yourself." When asked why or if she could help, she merely repeated that insurance would not cover them, and the pharmacy would not dispense them, as they were technically vitamins. "We don't do that here". Could not find Thaimine in the aisle. Debbie the manager helped me look, but also could not find it. We went back to the Pharmacist Melanie, who told us Thiamine was a B vitamin. Debbie back to look, still could not find it, went once again to the pharmacist, who now remembered it is specifically Vitamin B1. No help from the Pharmacy professional Melanie, who was curt and dismissive, until management involved and three tries. Frustrating and exhausting, made a simple matter a circus.

I was standing in line, waiting for my prescription, and I was behind a father, who was with the only technician at the time, waiting for his prescriptions to be completed. They were prescriptions that needed mixing. while I was standing in line behind this gentleman this lady in the picture stood there for about five minutes, talking to someone behind the shelf. I didn’t say anything because she might’ve been a manager and I thought she was talking to the employee which seem to be what happened because soon after I saw the employee, which was another technician, walk away behind the pharmacist. however, after that conversation seem to have stopped that lady proceeded to grab prescriptions and sort them into the bins. She ignored my existence. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna be rude, but then a family was a mother and her three kids came and sat down behind me. Another minute went by, and the same lady who was ignoring me, went to grab a prescription for the lady who just sat and called her up to the counter to ring her out. So at that point, I was frustrated because I’ve been waiting this whole time. Apparently this person has the ability to check out people and I had a simple check out which was a refill yet this lady had been waiting in the store and sat down behind me, had priority over me. So at that point, I put down the purchase that I was aiming to buy with my prescription and walked out and I could hear her saying that was rude as I was walking out but it was rude for you to ignore me.

Just switched over to this pharmacy- big mistake!! Been waiting a week for a prescription. I have called twice only to be told it is coming from the manufacturer and they have no idea when it will be here. What -really - so I am just spose to wait weeks/months for my medication!! Both times the girl I spoke to didn't seem to really care and had no advice for me

The nurse, Vera, and Nurse Practitioner, Nicole, that I saw for myself and my two children were amazing. We live near this facility and have had some pretty awful experiences in the past, but these two ladies were truly amazing. Thank-you for what you do!

Made an appointment for my husband and myself to get a Covid booster shot and even with an appointment, am told we might have to wait up to 30 minutes. When I questioned the wait time, I was told they are busy and have things to do. I said we have things to do as well, which is why we made an appointment. This is not our local Walgreens but was the closest to us that offer vaccines. The staff is very snippy and I truly feel that if they don’t want customers coming in for vaccines, then why offer them? The staff seems to be very put out by having to do this. At this point, there are no other customers waiting, either to pick up a prescription or to pay for something, and there are no cars in the drive-thru. Yet, we are cooling our heels until they decide they have time for us.

I’m not used to writing reviews but I’ve been waiting for more than an hour already for my flu shot appointment so I guess I have some time to do it now.I understand the place is busy with in store and drive through customers but why booking appointments if they can’t do them on time…The pharmacy staff isn’t very nice or helpful either. Not sure who’s having the worst time here. I just hope I’ll be out of here before them!Won’t be back again at this location, that’s for sure!

The photo department did an amazing job on my order when another local Walgreens cancelled it due to lack of vinyl (they held my order for 6 days waiting on a delivery of vinyl).I resubmitted my order (11 qty, 2x6 vinyl banners) to the Walgreens in Mokena at 12pm on 9/21 to have it printed with no issues by 5pm on 9/22.

Went to get a flu vaccine and the pharmacist had an extremely nasty attitude with my father. Never needed an appointment in the past for a flu vaccine so we questioned why the policy changed, she explained in a very snippy tone. We wouldn't have been so upset if she explained it without the horrendous attitude. Will certainly not be coming back.
