TTS was excellent! Very professional help (and beautiful slabs!) in the Mokena showroom (Courtney). Very professional and precise measuring by James. (He ended up having to measure our kitchen twice, and kindly did so, because he noticed that something was not quite level and straight on our cabinets. So he patiently waited for another day for our carpenter to adjust. (This was all right before Christmas too, when they are very busy.) So we are very grateful.And most especially professional were the installers who installed a giant 108 x 74 kitchen island ! Amazing to watch them work, they all really know what they are doing and very much care about it being right.The TTS pricing for real stone was very very reasonable. We used TTS for granite countertops in our kitchen. The entire process flowed very well. We were able to pick the actual slab from there Steger warehouse as well as see the taped out layout so we could avoid any unsightly spots. Communication was very good and the install team was very professional. We had shopped other vendors and their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend TTS and would use them again.

This contractor is not trustworthy came to my house wrote a contract for three projects after being paid for the first two never heard from them again would not recommend them as I found them to be not trustworthy typical contractor promises everything delivers nothing would never use them again

This company is A+. Courtney was so nice and helpful. The guy at the warehouse was patient and helpful with my indecisive self. The guy who came out and measures was good. The guys that placed the counters were so courteous. Big thanks to Armando for his recommendation on the cabinet. My kitchen is coming together and this company made things seem less stressful. Worked well with me and did an exceptional job with the work, can’t thank you all enough.

From start to finish the customer service was amazing. Cindy was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect granite for our bar top and vanity. The measurement was great and the guys that came to install were very nice and did a fantastic job!

Had new quartz tops put in 2 bathrooms today. Juan & his crew were excellent. Efficient, respectful & great craftsmanship. Highly recommended. Thanks to Marty for all his expertise in assisting us with choosing the quartz. Great company‼️

Very happy with the service Cindy provided. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped make the process run very smoothly. From the warehouse,measures to installation the service was top notch. Love our Granite and will be using them soon for our kitchen.

After getting scammed by another store I was very careful about looking again. I read every review possible. I settled on 3 different stores. I settled on tts because of the way I was treated. They had a large showroom with many different choices. Courtney gave me samples to hold up in my kitchen. The installers were top notch and took their time to make sure it was perfect. They may not have been the cheapest but their customer service takes a back seat to no one Check them out. You will not regret it.

We had granite countertops placed in over custom cabinets. TTS came in and did a fantastic professional job for us. They laser measured meticulously and were extremely professional. Once they came back to place in the granite with it was beautifully done. They instill a strong sense that makes you feel they are doing this for their own home. I strongly recommend them and you will also.

This local is extremely unprofessional ALONG with their staff and I’d recommend them to no one ever. They don’t stand by their word and don’t care about their clients. Specifically Alexandra Nicolazzi. All staff cares about is scamming you out of your money. Do better.

I wish we had a positive experience with TTS Granite but we didn't. We hired them to install granite countertops for our kitchen last month and since then it has been a costly nightmare. Don't get me wrong, the countertops look beautiful but they are not worth the headache and additional expenses we have incurred since they were installed. The lack of communication from TTS during the pre-installation and installation process literally has cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Plus we still have pending expenses. We told TTS that we were going to upgrade our cooktop. They told us that all they needed were the dimensions of the new cooktop so that they could cut the countertop to accommodate the new appliance. We sent them the dimensions including the brand name and model number. Unfortunately, TTS failed to share with us that even though we picked an appliance with the same width (because that's what they told us to do) that there could be a possibility that the depth may be different. And, if that is the case then we would be responsible for hiring a contractor to cut the inside of the cabinet so that the new appliance would fit. (Mind you, they had the appliance information well before the installation was scheduled and NEVER said anything about this possibly happening). On the day of the installation, after the countertops had been cut, the lead installer told us that the new cooktop wouldn't fit and that we'd have to hire someone to cut the inside of our custom cabinets. We did and now our customized features like the pull out drawer no longer work. TTS gifts you with a free stainless steel sink with the purchase of the countertops. We chose the style of sink we wanted when we visited the Steger showroom. We asked how difficult the connection process was and were told that it's not difficult at all and that only a few minor adjustments would need to be made to our existing plumbing line. Not true. What TTS failed to share was that their sinks fall lower and that one basin falls extremely low and that it's best to hire a plumber to do the reconnection. Nothing like that was share. We were told how much they charge to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing and it is way more than what the average plumber charges. Lastly, we shared with TTS that we were going to upgrade our dishwasher. Again, we were told to make sure that our new dishwasher is the same size as our existing one so that it would fit inside the space. We did. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, the installers pushed our old dishwasher back too far and then laid the countertop on it with no wiggle room to pull it out like we had been able to do prior to TTS installing the new countertops. Because of this, we could not (nor could the appliance delivery team or two professional plumbers) pull it out of the space without damaging our kitchen floor. Everyone INCUDING THE TTS LEAD INSTALLER said that in order to remove the old dishwasher and install a new one, we would have to break approximately 9-10 tiles on our existing ceramic floor. And, if we if we ever needed to service the dishwasher in the future, we'd have to remove (break) the tiles again and reinstall new ones. We reached out to TTS several times since the countertops were installed and their response to all of this has been "WE'RE SORRY BUT OUR JOB WAS TO INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS AND WE DID. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES POST INSTALLATION." Needless to say we are beyond livid. Funny thing is EVERY PROFESSIONAL that has helped us with these post installation issues cannot believe TTS didn't disclose anything to us about what could happen and so on. Mind you, we have had several contractors, plumbers, floor installers and even another local granite company out to our home to provide us with quotes and/or to do the work. ALL OF THEM HAVE SAID THE EXACT SAME THING AND THAT IS "TTS SHOULD HAVE WARNED US AND/OR COMMUNICATED TO US WHAT COULD GO WRONG AND AT THE VERY LEAST BEEN MORE TRANSPARENT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS." The
