“Me and my sister went to get new running shoes. I was just trying to get back out after breaking my foot and she is running a marathon and wanted a new good pair to train in. The service was excellent, the person who helped us analyzed our gait, foot shape and size, and our pressure map. We both tried on multiple pairs at the behest of the worker and found shoes that were great for us! They sold the shoes at a very reasonable price. I live about an hour away and plan to make the drive back the next time I need a new pair of shoes!”

“Fantastic customer service. I thought I was out of luck, then I found City Lettering. Brought a 1999 NHL All Star jersey in to be lettered. They were able to locate find the font and sew everything on perfectly. Looks great. Not just great service but good people. I highly recommend City Sports Lettering. I will definitely go back for a Hawks jersey.”

“This is a nice place to visit if you are interested in sports memorable items. They also have Chicago material. A nice little shopping heaven with courteous staff. June 3rd, I found Chicago team stickers to add to my bowl collection found at Macy's. The 3d Blackhawks one came from Clark Street Sports. Orland Square Mall did it right tonight.They turned out great. See pictures.”

“Loads of items to shop from. If you're interested in stopping by, they're only open to the public until the end of the month (April). Because of the pandemic, their rules have changed. First, you go onto the website. Second, pick a time and date from their list. Third check your email, for a response, to let you know if your choice is available. They have ribbon, material, tablecloths, pillows, pottery, vases, Christmas decor, fall decor, home decor, faux flowers, etc.. The list goes on. They only have this sale twice a year, April and October.”

“Had to exchange shoes for a different size that we received as a gift. The people were quick, friendly and knowledgeable and offered to exchange with no problem. Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Nice!”

“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

“Not something I would expect to give a review on but I have to mostly because the employee that has helped me out 2 times now. The only knock I have to say I'll say first is it is a little pricey but that is not the employees fault. Okay I went today with my 3 boys and was pleasantly greeted by the worker. (Sorry I didn't get his name). He was polite personably and helpful. He was not overbearing or fake. He was patient even as two of my boys couldn't make up their mind. Professional and personable. Which is very hard to come by it seems lately. This dude needs a raise or promotion or something he is busting his but and providing great customer service. He even got my very shy kids to respond back to him. A+ for the lids employee in Orland Park on March 28th 2019. I hope his bosses see this as well.”

“There was a vast selection of items here compared to other Dicks Sporting Goods I've been to. I always gravitate to the shoe area and scope out some new running shoes. Saucony, Brooks, I hear you calling me!!We were greeted immediately upon entry. I found a couple XS mens shirts. Those are always hard to find. They were too boxy for me though. I can't be the only picky one out there!The store was cleaned and fairly busy. The registers were surprisingly not busy. In my experience, in most Dicks Sporting Goods there's a good ~5-10 minute wait in line.”
