First off 5* for the women inside working their spectacular their awesome.. but 1* for the fact that the DIESEL doesn’t take chip at pump they don’t take Amex and neither takes tap. How do people pay today they either tap or chip and who doesn’t take Amex .. hopefully mgmt sees this and they upgrade asap

BEWARE WHEN PAYING WITH CASH!!! I gave them $20 went outside to my pump waited they never put the money on my pump went back in and asked why they said I didn’t pay? I had to argue with them until they pulled up the cameras too busy talking to eachother instead of paying attention to what’s going on it’s unacceptable and unbelievable

I’m not from Illinois and I was having trouble working the pump that you have to lift the piece the nozzle is sitting on. I went inside to ask for help and the older lady that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable, especially when I was being very polite and respectful to her. I had also tried to turn in a lottery ticket and she once again responded with an attitude because I forgot about the fact I was in a different state and couldn’t turn it in. She does not seem fitting for a customer service job.

Convenience is the only reason I stop here not very friendly don't smile and sometimes not always courteous. A thank you, and have a nice day, seem to go a long way when it's mentioned.

I like this place, everyone complains about the staff not being friendly, but have they tried being friendly with the staff? I go here all the time and they seem nice to me!!
