Great local family business. Our garage door broke suddenly & they were able to bring a team out the same day to help us. They had the parts on hand and ready to go, and were personable. We’re very thankful!

Terrible customer service. Their site says 24/7. I called Friday 6:30pm,after torsion spring just broke. Asking to buy new set,hoping had in stock. Instructed to figure out spring size and text the info. I did. Asked if n stock. No reply till Sunday 1:30pm, stating won't be in office till Monday. Seems 24/7 is a lie. FYI, ordered on Amazon. Was replacing springs when the blow off reply came,lol

I called on Saturday morning of Father’s Day weekend fully understanding that my voicemail would probably not be returned until after the weekend. To my surprise I received a call back within 90 minutes. We were able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Johnny arrived on time. He explained everything and gave recommendations. He gave me three quotes/options and clearly explained everything. No pressure and answered all my questions. Prices were very fair and the work was completed professionally. This is the second time using this them and they will be the first one to call in the future.

These guys were awesome. Johnny was incredible, totally walked me through everything and showed me the issues. Called in our problem at 7:00 in the morning, everything was fixed within 3 hours. Highly, highly recommend.

The spring in our garage door broke late evening and we couldn't get the door open. I called Scott Overhead expecting to get a voice recording but instead was immediately answered by a friendly and helpful woman who promptly scheduled a repair for the following morning. Johnny, the garage tech actually arrived early, examined the problems, explained everything in great detail, showed us the quote options, then completed everything to perfection. I was extremely happy with their service from the first phone call to the final exit. Johnny, went through each item and pointed out everything he completed, and why. Could not be more pleased.
