Omg..........I can't believe this Kettlebell class. I have taken several Kettlebell classes in the past, and this one has far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend next time there is a free class offered, grab it. You won't be disappointed. I had the pleasure of taking this class across the summer. At the beginning of this journey I was so weak, I couldn't do most of the exercises and was always the last one done. But Rock was there right by my side edging me on telling me not to give up. Six months later I have graduated and can do Snatches, Long Cycles, Turkish Get Ups, Figure 8's, Strict Press, J*** and Windmills. My strength has increased tremendously and now I can pick up 50 Pound Sandbag, push a very Big Tire and swing 35 pound Kettlebells. In addition, I have lost inches in my waist and my arms and thighs are toning nicely. So, if I can do this anyone can. Join the fun and and let Rockfit transform your body.

Just finished my first ever work out with Rockfit! It was a very rigorous training. I like it for the full body work out, which is hard to get by just going to the gym. Rock is a very knowledgeable trainer, and he made me feel comfortable while I was still getting the hang of this new workout. Yet, he still encouraged me to give my best effort. I will be going back, and I recommend Rockfit as well!

Rock's workouts are the best! Always something different and creative, with no frills or gimmicky trends. Just a hardcore workout. Perfect for athletes trying to push their mental toughness. Rock's approach to training is refreshing too. Unlike some trainers you find at gyms, he is modest and subtle in his cues "while still being a badass" as my husband says.

A good strength and conditioning program to complement your other workout programs. The "Intro to Kettlebell Movements Class" was informative, motivating, and fun. It offered a great way to see if the program would be beneficial. Trainer Rock is oh so very good. His sessions will test your ability, but leave you with a sense of accomplishment; and, pumped to do more, to improve your fitness level.

I found Rockfit via a Living Social deal, for a 30 day trial. My trial period has ended but not my relationship with Rockfit. I became a member because after my first session I was hooked. I knew I wanted continue on once the trial was over. Why? The workouts are challenging and not repetitive--different day=different workout. Rock is a great instructor. He watches your form and gives you the instruction you need in order to get the best results and prevent injury. Even though I'm only in my second month, I can feel a difference in my stamina and I feel stronger. I highly recommend Rockfit to anyone who is interested in improving their overall conditioning and strength.

I've been attending Rockfit for about 4 months. I have seen tremendous results in the short amount of time. I'm stronger, my clothes fit differently and my energy has increased. Each class is different and challenging and Rock challenges me to my full potential, which Is really appreciated. The prices are extremely reasonable, the hours are great and the group sessions are motivating. I'm happy I made the commitment to Rockfit, this journey is AWESOME!!!!

Going to Rockfit has really been a challenge that has strived me to continue and do my best. Rock is a great instructor that pushes you, and really focuses on making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. In as little as 2 months I have noticed many changes in my body, along with loosing inches and toning my upper and lower body.

I have done various forms of kettlebell training for a few years and it's pretty evident when trainers provide safe and useful instruction and when they do not. Rock is definitely in the former group as he is very thorough, pushes you to do that extra rep or next weight kettlebell while making sure your form stays on point. I feel stronger, can easily carry bags of grocery while also carrying a squirmy 25lb toddler. This may not sound like much but I feel like strength training should also be functional in that you should also be able to do more in your daily life without tiring out easily. Also his classes are small so you feel like you're getting one on one instruction when you go.

Found Rockfit through Groupon. I was looking to change up my usual winter routine and do something to help my overall fitness. As a long time cyclist I can tell you that while being in decent shape for riding, the upper body gets ignored. Rock does a great job changing up the workouts, and I'll be the first to tell you that It's not unusual for me to be doubled over trying to catch my second wind. So the end result has been all I could have hoped for. Did I turn into a super cut poster boy? Not hardly. Rib Tips and beer won't allow that to happen. Have I gotten stronger, more flexible? You bet. I had a much easier transition back to the bike when the weather changed and found the soreness in my back and legs that are typical early season companions to be less noticeable and shorter in length. As the summer progressed I found that I could ride in a more aggressive position and for longer durations. I guess this a long winded way of saying that Rockfit has been great for me, give it a try!

Since going to Rockfit Kettlebell Training, I have noticed tremendous changes in my fitness. I've lost body fat, tightened my core, discovered muscles in my back and shoulders that I had never known before and have become all around stronger. His workouts are constantly changing which keeps it exciting and challenging. Everyday is a high intensity workout combining cardio and weight training. His passion is contagious and he always pushes you farther than you thought you could go. If you want a workout that shows results, then I recommend Rock's class. He's transformed my body and I feel stronger than ever!
