Quest has by far the worst customer service. It is almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They had lab results delayed and no one could answer the simple question “When are they expected to be available”.Not to mention that there is no phone number for providers!!!! My doctor who order the labs could not get the results!!

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the testing center was nice and the lab workers were very pleasant. To this point I had my labs drawn more than 48 hours ago which were very simple labs. There is no way to discuss with anybody why I have not seen any results or otherwise. All menus on the phone go straight to a voice message. I messaged the facility through the internet and have not even received acknowledgment that they have received my message.

I had my blood drawn two weeks ago and have yet to see the test results. The status on the app has not changed since the first day. I’ve sent in a “results request”, as recommended on the app, with still no response. There is no option to call the facility to check on the status either, which is extremely frustrating. At this point, I’m not sure I will ever get them, and I have no way of discussing this with an actual person. It is an awful feeling when your treatment is dependent on this testing. Terrible.

Been to this location multiple times and have had a good experience each time. Techs are professional & friendly. Also in and out within 15 minutes.

I see mixed reviews but my personal experience was great. Haven’t had a blood test in over 15 years. Was very nervous. I checked in with the kiosk and scanned my ID and insurance card. In less than 5 minutes I was called back. The Tech was very nice and I literally couldn’t tell I was getting my blood drawn she was so gentle. No pain whatsoever. I will come back if I ever need more blood work.

just know if your waiting as walk in there is 3-4 of them behind the glass talking and laughing doing nothing very easy to hear it too as a nice lady asked why i'm still here as she was leaving and told me that, and then i'm told to leave and wait till my time. makes a lot of sense, i see why there is bad reviews.

Quest doesn't get it....it is has nice people working in the offices, but Quest doesn't care who is driving ts business - it is use the people having their blood drawn. If they cannot get reports to us, they don't deserve our business. I have gone there for the last time. I'd give it a negativ star if I could.

The women who work there are wonderful. I was very pleased with their professionalism . but no phone calls accepted and the kiosk so impersonal.

So once you check in the kiosk, you have to check in once again? I don’t understand why this system is designed like this? I had an appointment at 10:20then I wasn’t called until 10:40 because supposedly I had to check in once again through my phone while still waiting in the waiting room. Very disappointing!

Had blood drawn this morning at Quest in Mokena.Stephanie was my phlebotomist and she was such a joy to work with. Never felt the stick at all. Stephanie explained everything she was doing.I personally found making my appointment on line very easy and the signing in at the waiting room also easy.I was in and out within 15 minutes.I highly recommend this facility. GOOD JOB STEPHANIE!

Susan was awesome, despite me being difficult with forgetting my doctor test orders and then going above and beyond to reach my doctors office to get clarity on a certain test type. All of that was more painful and time consuming than getting my blood drawn.
