Excellent friendly staff. Victoria at front desk was efficient, friendly with a great smile. Andrea the MRI tech was awesome. Greated you with a smile, communicated what was involved with the procedure, checked to make sure I was doing ok.Absolutely delightful. Could not be happier with the facility and the staff, everyone was helpful and smiling.

Very disorganized scheduling from the start. Left us scrambling to find another provider when they canceled our appointment last minute. Consider other options if you can.

I got my first mammogram ever and it was so seamless! I’m not sure why I was so nervous. Eliza was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me. I will definitely be coming back here for any test I need in the future

Wed 1/3/2024 12:36 PMjust had a real bad experience at your Mokena office PRIME IMAGING . had a 100pm appointment for a simple xray of the lower back. I arrived as directed 15 minutes as directed. as i sat there for 50 minutes I enquired with Debra (manager) about my appointment. she ask me if I was Paul and I said no. It took her several minutes to find me in the system She apologized for the delay and she said that machine is tied up for the next hour.(why nobody came out and tell me about the delay). This tells me that the manager and the scheduling team dropped the ball big time. if you want pissed off customers have tham keep doing this . In the long run not very good for business. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place.

I scheduled my mammogram online had an appointment. Received a call the day before to cancel me because they received too many orders. So they decided it was to many orders from that day from Silver Cross so they cancelled me even though I had an appointment from a week prior through their own website.

This is my first time at Prime and it was so easy to schedule and sign in. The staff has all been very kind. Facility was very clean and had many places to sit in the waiting room. I would for sure come back if needed and recommend others!
