Terrible! Owner lied to me.Not only the owner but also staff made a promise to me 3 days to hem some pants before a wedding… no call won’t answer the phone and now I have no pants for the wedding I can’t even get them back because they won’t answer the phone or open the store. Closed early they say they promised them and now aren’t open the day I need them. Horrible service don’t go here. Nope. I brought in some clothing for alterations and I receive a call a week later the seamstress didn't do anything. Apparently it's too difficult to adhere buttons to a shirt. Do not come here.

Even though their service was marginal, we brought our clothes here because they were close. Until they ruined an $80 pair of dress slacks. Never going back.

Great service and help from Jenny, she went above and beyond for me and my family. Always great service and prices from this dry cleaners. I would highly recommend! Try them out and you will forget your other cleaners.

I was a good customer for many years. The service was on the decline for a long time. Definitely can't ignore it any longer. Absolutely ruined a new pair of $50 pants. The owner could not have been more rude. She said she had NEVER had a complaint before. I guess she can't say that anymore! I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!

very nice people and exceptional service. we use to live right around the corner and it was very convenient. we now live in the neighboring suburb and drive out of our way, past numerous other cleaners to come here. tailoring service is good too.

Worst experience ever. Do not go there. Use anyone else. I brought in a dress to get pressed only. I was advised that they do not do that. So I had to have it cleaned and pressed. It costed more to have it cleaned and pressed then the cost of the dress. And when I picked it up it looked worse. Not pressed. I needed the dress for pictures so I had no choice. But I will never go back. And you should not either

very upset went to plus one cleaners in mokena to find out how much it would cost to get my daughters home coming dress pressed. a blonde hair woman with nice nails told me 7,49 to press the dress. so i dropped of the dress on october 14 2014. she said the dress would be ready on october 16th 2014. on the the 16th i went to pick up the dress and a different lady was there she got the dress and said oh no ticket. and i told her the lady said it was 7,49 and she goes oh no thats wrong its a formal dress. now all i got done was a press on this dress. i told her call the blonde lady that worked on tuesday. she said no im the owner and its not 7,49. she was very rude. so she ended up getting almost 5,00 dollars more. never ever will i go there this asian woman lost a new customer. i felt sorry for them cause theyre in a strip mall by themselves so i wanted to keep them in business, she refused to call this woman that worked.on Tuesday. this is how they make theyre money ripping off customers. horrible customer service!!!!!! the sad part is she wouldnt give me the dress. i could of went to a different cleaner cheaper. that why i went from cleaner to cleaners and i chose them because of the other lady. but obviously the owner doesnt care about the customer !!!!! very angry!!!!!! theyre not even worth one star on here but i couldnt post this unless i did one star!!!!
