I initially took my daughter prom dress shopping at Pink Slip for her senior prom. Our associates were so nice and helpful. We thought she just didn’t find the right dress but as we were going to leave she noticed a dress and they allowed her to go back to try it on and it was perfect! They ordered it in the color she wanted and we were so excited. After a terrible alterations experience which ruined her dress, , my daughter went back to Pink Slip, without an appointment (a week before prom), and Lauren and team were so nice and helpful with her - we were able to reorder the same dress and have it overnight shipped. Even though Lauren was getting married and the shop was going be closed for several days, she took the time to work with us and give us notifications about the dress status and drove it to their sister store (Parker James) so we could pick it up. The second alterations experience was wonderful and my daughter had a wonderful prom. Lauren and her team were WONDERFUL and we so appreciated them!!

Booked the VIP experience for my daughter so we could bring along another guest, who turned out to be one of her besties. Loved everything about the shop, the adorable building, the great selection of dresses and how well everything was organized and presented. Makayla was assisting us, and she went above and beyond. My daughter’s friend ended up trying on dresses, too, and Makayla never missed a beat. She was very attentive and was able to ask just the right questions in order to give both girls even more beautiful dresses to consider. She kept the girls moving and offered so much positivity that each of them ended up finding “THE” dress. I would definitely recommend this local small business! I was in no way put off with needing to book an appointment, it ensured we got all the attention we needed. The price point for prom was much better than some of the other popular “go-to” options out there. Thank you, Pink Slip, kudos to you!

I took my daughter prom dress shopping at Pink Slip today. I booked a VIP appointment so she could bring a friend with her and have a little more time since this was her first prom dress shopping experience. Our associate, Autumn, did a fantastic job listening to what my daughter wanted and helping her find the best dress. She hyped her up, made her feel beautiful, and never pushed us to make a decision. She did a great job checking on the stock of certain dresses without us even having to ask and answering all our questions. I was pleasantly surprised by how many dresses they had in the store that were in our price range (I was hoping to stay under 400 and they had a lot of prom dresses in the 250-350 range). My daughter has a more unique style and they had plenty of options for her to choose from. All the dresses were organized by color (super helpful) and were clearly marked with what other colors they come in. I highly recommend Pink Slip Boutique! The only drawback is that you aren't allowed to take pictures in any of the dresses except the one you buy. Being able to have pictures and videos of the experience would have made it even better because sometimes you want to know how a dress photographs or be able to send pictures to someone who can't be there in person.

A friend of mine recommended this boutique and I am so glad we made an appointment. I am usually an off the rack kinda girl and I was leery to to go but we booked and boy was I glad. They took care of my daughter and helped her find the dress she felt beautiful in. There are all price points and the staff goes above and beyond. It took all the stress out of special occasion shopping and we said yes to the prom dress!

Just got back from a wonderful experience shopping for a prom dress for my daughter. Logan could not have been greater. Dresses were all beautiful and reasonably priced. Dont forget to make an appointment!

After wanting to shop locally, my daughter emailed the shop and made an appointment on 10/27 at 6:30 p.m. to view wedding dresses. Both my daughters and I arrived for the appointment and it was dark inside. We walked to to the door and a sign said, “if you have an appointment, wait in the car and we will text you.” No text. My daughter called at 6:35 and left a message. No response. Not even a courtesy text or email. I guess business is so good that they don’t need new customers. Needless to say, my daughter “said yes to the dress” today. After that, we would never trust the shop again. Unprofessional and I will spread the word.

Had a good experience at Pink Slip getting my daughter a dress for HOCO. They had a large selection and a variety of styles. Was told the price point went fro the $60 range to $300 but every dress we tried was well over $100 and up. Many had beautiful intricate beading and sparkles so the prices are justifiable. The girl (Breana mayne ) was super sweet and helpful. She made my daughter feel comfortable. Walked out with a gorgeous dress and my girl was very happy. We paid $20 for a 45 minute session and honestly it was perfect. You have to make an appointment so be sure to do it online in advance. We found 5 dresses and of course the 1st one she tried was it. Highly recommend this shop. A sweet little gem!!!

The sales clerks were very friendly and helpful, and the dress we ended up buying is beautiful. However, the alterations were overpriced and poorly done. We ended up having to take the dress elsewhere to get it "fixed," so the total cost of alterations added on another almost $250 to the price. I would recommend buying your dress here, but find somewhere else to have it altered!

Purchased dress in the past from Pink Slip. Drove quite a distance to start Prom dress shopping. My daughter was in from out of town to help her sister look at dresses. Upon entering the shop she told us we would need an appointment. I said we never needed an appointment in the past. We just wanted to look. They turned us away from even looking at the dresses. There was quite possibly 6 people in the entire store. Will never return to Pink Slip. Terrible customer service. She could have just let us browse the dresses. I could see if it was crowded however there was no one in the store. Poor decision making.
