I go to this gas station like everyday. I just went to this gas station and the worker was so mean. I used tap to pay and as soon as I tapped my phone he (the worker) asked me if wanted a receipt. I said “oh didnt pay”. He very aggressively said “yeah I know do you want a receipt” I honestly got a bit scared. I said “You dont have to be rude”. He loudly said “ whatever have a good day.” He was an old guy.

Absolutely the worst gas station to ever come across. We came here to wash my car and the guy that was controlling the car wash was very impatient and disrespectful. My car was on the moving rails getting ready to be put in neutral and he started the machines when I told him to give me 2 seconds for me to align my car. My car got on the rails and something felt off. The car dropped down really hard cause he was practically forcing my tire on the rail by now. We finished the wash and went to vacuum the carpets in the car and I get a light on my dashboard saying I have a flat. I went and checked my tire and what do I see a broken rim with a flat tire. When we went and confronted the man he said “oh that’s old” mind you this was our 2nd time at this car wash. Is it my car or your car? I checked the time I got the warning and it was when I was in the wash at the sudden drop. When we reported it he was very rude and careless about the situation and he didn’t even bother to say sorry about the situation. When he saw that my mom was frustrated and upset he said “yeah we’ll see who the @sshole is”. Excuse you but who are you to be empty threatening us. Absolutely disgusting gas station to deal with. If there was an option for 0 stars I would have rated this horrible experience.

I can not support this shadey business that wrongfully terminates its employees and then FORGES said employees termination papers. I don't normally wish Ill will on people but the owner is a true scum bag. I hope he loses EVERYTHING!!!! I hope you have a good lawyer because you'll be hearing from one soon!!!!! Go to Gas n wash to get your car washed. The car wash here is garbage just like the owner. Their gas is overpriced as well. STAY AWAY from this scum of the earth!!!!! Do not give him your hard earned money, he DOES NOT deserve it!!!!!

Been coming here for a year. Got the money thrown in my hand today and my change spilled everywhere, all over the floor. I believe it was the owner, an older man I see there quite often. I would like to mention, I had said nothing, no interaction before this had happened, I was in there for not even a minute. And he did that. He was also slamming the cash drawer and hitting the screen very aggressively. He said nothing when he made my change spill everywhere. The situation made me very uncomfortable and upset, although I was upset I kept it to myself and chose to not take it out on him. I understand some people have bad days, but some emotional IQ would have been greatly appreciated. I will never come to this gas station ever again, even though it is right by my job. I will gladly drive the extra distance to spend my money elsewhere.

My recent visit to the gas station left me quite dissatisfied due to an encounter with a younger employee sporting long hair and a tall stature. I intended to purchase $60 worth of gas and presented a $100 bill for payment. To my dismay, the employee claimed not to have the necessary $40 in change and even raised it to $80, asserting a lack of $20 bills.The situation was handled in a manner that struck me as both frustrating and absurd. I expected a smooth transaction, but the employee's apparent reluctance or inability to provide change left me with a sense of inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Clear communication and better preparation for handling different denominations would greatly improve the customer experience at this establishment.

Not sure if they are running a gas scam but beyond disappointed that there was no appropriate resolution provided. Visited with my daughter today trying to avoid the higher prices in Cook County and ended up paying $4.99 at the pump vs the advertised $3.99. She has a car that would never take Supreme but despite choosing Unleaded, she was charged for Supreme at a $1 per gallon higher price tag. No help from the staff to return via gift card or other means the stolen funds. Despite contacting offsite management, this was still not handled correctly. Will be filing a formal complaint with corporate as soon as I return home.

Clean, just a couple of years old. The lot is easy to maneuver. Currently (summer, 2023) the bridge on Wolf Rd over I80 is closed. No access from the South.
