Worst experience. Made an appointment for my son’s vaccinations for kindergarten. To come and drive 20 mins for the TWO individuals to not help me and then proceed to inform me they don’t accept my insurance for vaccinations, when I told both representatives I spoke to prior to making my appt the same issue with another clinic and told them what insurance I had to me getting there not being serviced. This has happened more than 3x and I am unpleased to say the least. Me and my son have to be inconvenienced for someone else’s mistakes continuously.

I had a very pleasant experience with Kristin the practitioner. She was so thorough and kind and I highly suggest others get medical here. She told me advice I never once heard of before from any other practitioner or doctor. I will be back for future visits

No no no no no. Went for a COVID test. Upon arrival I received sketchy, unidentified, unprofessional text messages which said "This is cvs text when arrive....Send code.... There are orange cones to left follow into side door." Upon my entry, the staff member merely gave me instructions. She did not identify herself by name or title. Her badge, if she had one, would have been covered because she had on a heavy parka zipped all the way up. This is a huge no no. Public safety requires knowledge of who is who in health settings. I know because I am a optometrist and assistant professor. CVS, fix this person.

Super easy civid test process created. everything well explained. Directions were easy and signs were easy to follow. Path around side of building so there was no interaction with customers. Nurses were very professional and friendly

I went here a few weeks ago thinking that I may have had strep. The wait time was minimal, maybe 5 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very professional and helpful. My test came back negative, as did the lab results which came back a few days later. I received a call checking in on me as well. So glad I went here.

I went for a UTI. The Nurse Practitioner's was wonderful. Took my history, explained the protocols, discussed the antibiotics I have had before and prescribed the one that does not make me ill when I take it. It was a good experience nother store I have gone to prescribed without consideration for my experience with that particular drug.

DON'T GO HERE. Very disappointing that I am now on day 7 after being promised a 2-4 day turnaround on a Covid test. Well I do understand their outsourcing to Quest, the lack of accountability and willingness to help isn't acceptable. I was told to contact Quest directly. No help there. So very frustrating. Simply put, had I known it would take this long I would have gone to another location. UPDATE: Now at 8 days with no update to speak of. Awesome. UPDATE #2: Now at 9 days, been on hold for 45 minutes with no answer after being disconnected 2 prior attempts. No update via email. No update on MyChart. Literally THE worst service I've had the misfortune to receive from all involved parties. UPDATE #3: Waited on the phone over an hour and can't get through. Literally no one will help anywhere. They've changed their VRU to not even allow you to talk with a human other than the long wait version. That's how many times I've been on the phone. Disgraceful. UPDATE #4: Day 11 of captivity. No results or answers from anyone. Went into the store and the pharmacy crew was pleasant and agreed this was simply awful. At least they were nice. This is beyond ridiculous.

There should be an option to put no stars. Recently noticed I was feeling warmer than usual, took my temp and found I had a slight fever. I work for a doctor so given the current events I opted to self-quarantine and get a Corona Virus test done at this location. When i looked online that day it said test results were delayed and the wait time was 3-5 days for results. When I arrived at the location however they said it would be 6-8 days and asked if i still wanted to get tested, which I thought was odd. I had no other choice but to agree- so I performed the test. I called 6 days in and they said the wait was now 7 days then called again and told it was 8 days, called again and then it was 9 days, and then called again and here we are 10 days later and still no results! They have cost me several days of work. My fever never amounted to anything so I've known I'm not sick but for safety purposes I need to produce a negative test result to my workplace before I can go back to work. Never again minute clinic/CVS, this isn't a helpful service at all- ive heard so many bad things about these minute clinics, but thought people were exagerrating- no they were right on.

I'm only giving it a star more because the nurse practitioner in the Minute Clinic helped us well today. But this CVS was not clean at all. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and there was caked on old dirt and hair clumped on the floor and walls. I've been in cleaner gas station restrooms. It looked like it has not been cleaned in several months which makes me question the cleanliness of the entire store. Then I started noticing dust bunnies in the corners and in the aisles. Come on CVS! Sick people are coming to your stores. You need to keep all of your facilities clean!

The wait here is always over 2 hours and then another 1hr in room with nurse, they really need to add another nurse during peak sickness season.

Arrived at Minute clinic this morning at 9 am. After waiting 40 minutes was advised by nurse (I think she was called in due to another nurse's absence) that there was no key for the exam rooms onsite and that she was going to get one. She suggested going to another Minute clinic or returning in an hour. I returned an hour later and was informed that they would not open until 11:30. Since most locations close at 1:00 and it was 10:45, I drove to another Minute clinic where my anticipated wait time is 1 hour. When I called the original location to see what time they expected to open, I was told they don't expect to open today. I am completely disgusted with this Minute clinic location and pray that I don't find myself needing their services again.
