1st delivery- scratched up my bamboo floors that they refused to help me fix, and sent in busted furniture to my house. 1 piece was so busted they had me wait for that piece. 2nd delivery- the piece that was really busted arrived a little busted. Still not perfect condition: Now they are refusing to pay for my wooden floors!!! Their delivery service crew that they work with are insanely rude, was on the phone the entire time as he was carrying my heavy furniture up the stairs. So now I’m left with broken furniture and busted bamboo floors. I got the BBB involved and everything and nothing is solved, nor did the manager want to give me a credit or any reimbursement. Please get furniture somewhere else!!!

Jesse was great and so patient!! She took her time with us and gave us space to explore. She got us the best deals and really worked with us. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for all your help :)

Been trying to get ahold of then since they drop my couch off months ago but only open on weekends. Not fully what I ordered and not what they showed in tent sale disappointed.

Midwest Furniture Liquidators is amazing! High end furniture at incredible prices!! We will never buy from a retail furniture store again. They also carry mattresses and appliances at incredible prices as well. Shout out to Robert! He is friendly & knowledgeable. Great sales person to work with!!!

Hannah is the best! Best customer service, super sweet, just awesome! Helped us find the best bedroom set. She was super helpful and helped us find exactly what we need. She was able to tell us all we wanted to know, super knowledgeable, patient and kind. Also the place is amazing and has many options, prices are awesome! Highly recommend visiting

Never have I ordered furniture for delivery and they leave all the packaging a mess in my front yard. It’s has rained all night and now I have to somehow deal with this mess. Purely disrespectful. Terrible Service outweighed the nice couches

My entire family and I have been buying furniture from here for the past 7 years. The staff is amazing. M.J. and D.A. are some of the nicest people around and are always going out of there way to help everyone that they can. Enormous selection of furniture available and they have pricing that fits everyone budgets, never sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend this place to everyone

RUN, don’t walk to Midwest Furniture and ask for Jesse!!! I’ve been in my home half furnished for 6 years because the competitors down the street are SO expensive! More expensive doesn’t always mean better! I wish I had known about Midwest years ago. I was able to furnish 2 rooms and probably still spent less than 1 couch would have cost me down the street! To top it off, Jesse is an absolute pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, patient, and honest! She made sure we left happy, and we did! Thank you so much, Jesse and team!!! I LOVE my two sets!

Have purchased furniture twice in the last two years here. We were pleased with both purchases. One item arrived with a big scratch and that was perfectly repaired within a couple weeks.
