I’m really not a car person. My parents use Lars and so do my siblings. Lars is funny, John is great. Lars really knows his stuff about cars. Both Lars and John explain everything about my car even if I don’t understand, they take the time to teach me. I trust them and feel good about them taking care of my car.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Lars for years now! We began bringing our Lexus to him instead of the dealer, and when we bought our 'family car' (2006 used Audi) Lars made sure it was safe for our daughters to drive. He really takes personal care in his work. John at the front office is beyond helpful with sourcing parts when needed, getting us in when we have an issue, he even referred us to a great place to get a used car for our son! Fair price, excellent service and our cars are well taken care of! Thanks Lars and John, you're good people!

We brought our Audi S5 in for service. From beginning to end this was a pleasant experience. The radiator needed to be replaced. It was done swiftly and without error. I’m happy to find a mechanic in town that is both knowledgeable and competent. Thanks for assisting! For anyone out there reluctant to trust a mechanic, I assure you this is the place.

I absolutely love this place. They are very knowledgeable about cars, especially foreign cars. They are truly a best kept secret. Several years ago, the Range Rover dealership referred me to this place to fix my vehicle.They did an amazing job with my 2009 Range Rover. This company is very transparent and honest. I will share because their work is so efficient it’s hard to get an immediate appointment.If you get an appointment, keep your appointment. You will be disappointed. Depending on where you lthe place is pretty far South. I work downtown, so I don't care. I drive out there with someone and leave my car overnight. When I have an 8 AM appointment the next day. I pick up my vehicle when I get off work.This works for me so I don't have to miss work. However, if you're staying with your vehicle, there's a restaurant across the street where you can go and relax and eat and wait for your car to get ready. At checkout, you can pay your bill in full in cash or with a credit card or debit card. They do charge a 3% fee when you use your credit card or debit card. I hope this helps someone because someone helped me years ago by telling me about them, and so here is your blessing.
