“My husband and I went to see Dave in mid-June after our family recommended him to us. We weren't sure what we wanted, and at the other jewelers we had visited we felt a bit lost. As soon as we met with Dave, he tried identifying what we might like, and free-handed a few sketches for us of what a final product might look like with the different components that we did like. He did a bit of research for us and was very communicative and SO helpful through the whole process. I'd recommend seeing Dave & Hauptman Jewelers first before you go anywhere else, as the quality of customer service and craftsmanship is so superior to anything else we experienced. He was able to work within our quick timeline, and you really can't beat the quality of work we received. My husband loves his wedding band, and I am so impressed with what Dave was able to do with my engagement ring and wedding band. He took my grandma's 76 year old diamond that had chips around the edges, and made it look sparkling new by placing the chipped edges cleverly beneath the prongs for my new engagement setting. He thought of everything, and we are SO thankful to have found him. We will cherish these pieces forever, and I don't think any other jeweler could have done right by them the way Hauptman Jewelers did. Truly above and beyond!”

Pam had a good selection of antique engagement rings as well as beautiful rings that could serve as nontraditional engagement rings. My fiance had stopped into the store this weekend to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring and unfortunately was told that there was no matching wedding band for the ring that my fiance had picked for me and of course he was upset but Mr.young was very helpful and is the manager who has/is going over and beyond into helping us find or create the band we both want.
