I no longer purchase any batteries from this place after countless occasions of returning batteries that had dead cells after 18 months of use just to be told it needs a slow charge and then have to bring it back again just to rinse and repeat. I get my batteries from Costco as they back the product.

Bad battery’s non stop problems do not even last a year and leak non stop and manager has every single excuse in the world that it’s the truck causing issues not battery’s and if they leak they need to be washed Interstate batteries not what they use to be Total garbage and they do not stand behind their products only give excuses

I have been using them for years. Fast and fair service for all your DC battery needs including ALL BATTERIES! connectors and chargers They also carry refurbished batteries at a discount. They have the cleanest store and storefront/grass and landscaping in this business 191st frontage. They are always friendly and get you turned around and on your way fast!

BAD BATTERIES - STAY AWAYI originally purchased a “blemished” battery from them and it didn’t last very long. After a few months I came back and bought another battery but this time it was supposed to be new. After a few months the new battery would lose its charge very quickly. I went back to the store and the young guy had every excuse regarding how my vehicle was the cause and not the battery. After going back and forth with them they refused to replace the battery. Interstate claimed to have a two year warranty and it’s been less than a year and they didn’t honor their warranty. I’ve been going here for years until now. This is not the same place as it once was, the service and the battery quality isn’t what I used to receive. I will not be recommending anyone or going back there anymore.I just purchased a new battery from Auto Zone which was less money than the Interstate battery plus it came with a 3 year warranty.
