The trainers are super encouraging and there to always assist with your form or coming up with alternate exercises to fit your needs! Highly recommend!!!!! “I started going to Spenga when they first open after I had my 1st baby and fell in love. Took a little break and had 2 more babies and just came back in September and fell in love with it all over again! I’ve done over 200 classes and each one gets better every time. I love all the instructors! Megan, Amanda and May are the ones I see most often. Their encouragement helps get me through when I feel like giving up. They truly care about you and want to see you succeed! it’s just a regular part of my routine, like a second home. You can do anything for 20 minutes, it’s 20 minutes and then you move on to the next segment. Try it out, you won’t regret it!”

“Love this gym. Has a good mix of body lift, and crossfit areas. If your looking for a superficial gym this is probably not the gym for you. Everyone is super nice and it has a positive vibe, but definitely a come and get a real workout in type atmosphere.”
“Clean spacious recreational building. All inclusive, except locks for lockers and paddles for pickleball but I bring my own. Definitely play there again.I love it there!!!”
