I recently purchased Mercedes benz 450
From a salesman named MJ
He assured me on the time of purchase that he will install a new navigation system and the Bluetooth system since both were not working in time of purchase (adapter) he promised me that He will contact me in a week he will do what he promised
I drove back to the dealership a month after The purchase and many times afte that and every time he told me in a week . after I waited a month and half from the original purchase date and still up to now he is still telling me the Mechanic must do this and to come back again.
LIES LIES LIES HE Never HONORED HES PROMISE Even now AFTER SO MANY ATTEMPTS HE IS STILl LYING.
very bad business would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Mercedes GL450 from Gallery Autos last week. Lou truly took good care of us. He and the whole staff were honest, patient, and informative, which really put us at ease. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely do business with them again in the future. If you're in the market for one of their vehicles I would highly recommend you check them out. Honesty and trust go a long way when purchasing a used vehicle and this company definitely exhibits those qualities. Thank you again

Gallery Autos have vehicles that look really nice. I mean the body of the vehicle is clean and ready to style and profile a new used car driver. They are not real salesman because they don't care about their customers. On 2/22/2018 I bought the 2006 Cadillac SRX and asked them to not start up the engine right away so I can check the oil. Well, they didn't like that because I'm a woman and they wasn't expecting me to check under the hood. Well, there was no oil in the car and they hadn't taken the vehicle for an oil change. The vehicle needed some work and I was okay with doing a little work but some of the simple things they could've done before my purchase was replaced the brakes, fill up the fluids, give it a oil change, check the power steering, charge the battery. The guy that handled my vehicle was MJ who I thought was a cool guy but turns out he was only trying to feed his family and cared nothing that the vehicle was dangerous to drive. NO BRAKES AND NO POWER STEERING is a killer is what I was dealing with this car. I complained about the power steering and the check engine light within the next 24 hours of purchasing the car. I took in and all they did was put some fluid in it. By the end of the night the steering was hard to drive again. I took it back again and he had the car for few days supposedly to repair and all he did was put a band-aid on it to stop the leak temporarily. and I found that out when I took my car to a trusted mechanic who let me know that the power steering leaks was rigged, pinned up, just jacked up all around where they never fix $#it. For $120 I had the one of the cylinder coils replaced and the leaking power steering line. The car is driving much better like it should've been in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM GALLERY AUTOS, they are bon-a-fide shy-sters.

Worst car dealership i have ever been to! They sold a junk ford f150 at 110% of the best price for a fully functioning vehicle with no major mechanical issues. They said there was just a bad o2 sensor and it waa no big deal. So i went and got o2 sensor replaced, took truck on a road trip, made it 3 hours into road trip and truck died on me, took it to a mechanic in ohio and the mechanic said whoever replaced this engine did not run the electrical wires properly and they melted on the exhaust. $350 later and 3 hours behind on my road trip i was back on the road. Brought truck back home and took it to another mechanic to look at and they said the whole exhaust system was not properly installed and not even the right diameter, so i took it to 3 muffler shops who told me the same thing. Then i called them and told them about it and they said that they would do the labor if i bought the parts, i dropped off vehicle and they kept it a month with stories of parts on backorder, and they received wrong parts, finaly i went and showed up there amd they said oh well we got yoi engime code to come off and we dont need to replace the exhaust. Took vehicle to muffler shop and spent $2500 on new exhaust, only to get it back and the heater core was bad also always wondered why my truck always smelled sweet. So here goes another $1200 on heater core replacement. At this time i get it back and have had to replace 2 coil packs since then, so i decided to change all coil packs and spark plugs because who know what crap is in this engine and i was tired of chasing misfires. $390 in parts, my labor, only to find that one of the spark plugs was a repaired plug from a plug blow out, which now estimates of over 4k to replace cylinder head so at thos time i put back repaired plug left it be till i decide what to do next, oh also needed new pads and rotors on front another $350 which i did myslef. All of this happend under 6000 miles of me driving it. $4640 almost half the price i paid for the vehicle. They financed me at $11,000 put me over 100 percent of the value of a great condition vehicle with no major mechanical defects. This company is a scam and will rip you off is the moral of the story. And now im stuck with a vehicle from hell and still get to pay for it for another 2 years, thanks mj for being a dishonest person, may you get what you deserve.

Amazing staff and customer service! Zack was so patient with me through the whole sales process and knows exactly what he is talking about and what his is doing. Great selection of cars. Not only did they put me in the car that I wanted, but went out of their way to make it affordable as well. Not only will they have my business again in the future, but I will definitely be sending my family and friends their way as well.

I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealer. I had the car inspected and it needed new breaks so they put new ones on at no extra charge. They also douched up some rust spots. However there was a lot of dog hair in the car from the previous owner; It could have been vacuumed a bit better. Also the dealer was not super organized. All said though I got a pretty good car for a pretty good deal.

Terrible dealership. I bought a used 2004 ford f150 from these guys back in January with some broken parts that they said they would repair and also said they would replace the car radio but to this day they still haven't fulfilled any of their promises. I've called plenty of times and the dealer, Lou, kept making excuses until he decided to start ignoring and stopped returning my calls. Stay away from this place! These guys will tell you promises that they can't keep.
