Bank changed CD rate from what was listed on the website and would not give cash when closing the account, made me get a cashier’s check and charged 10.00 for the check and would not waive the fee. TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, BEWARE !!!!!

Great service! Helped me a wire transfer right before closing when the New Lenox office wouldn't!
