Hi this is Eve Hamilton Pinkston (Harold's wife) we n, your Manager Zach from Mokena office went above and beyond to help my sister and I with my Dad, he was on the floor and we couldn't get him up, Zach came to deliver a pkg and was so kind to take the time to help us get him up in the wheelchair, May God continue to bless you and we truly appreciate everything please give Zach a raise ? ?

I would leave a zero if I could. I’ve been waiting for three days on a package that I have to sign off on and it said it was gonna be here Wednesday at a certain time never showed up. I made a phone call and they said it was delayed I said around Thursday they said it was gonna be here. I had to take my kid to the Dentist so course when I get to the dentist when they try to deliver it come Friday I’m sitting in my living room and get a message that they tried to deliver a package but nobody was home so I immediately looked out in the street no FedEx truck. I make a phone call immediately and they act like they try to make a call to get them back and said I have to wait till Monday. So now we’re going on four days were basically they said I have to be around from eight in the morning to eight at night, so are we not supposed to go to work and the fact that I was sitting in my living room and got a message that I was at home nobody rang the doorbell. Nobody was outside and they would not do anything to to account for it. In fact, the supervisor said that I just need to have a good night because there’s nothing else you can do about it. What a joke.

I came in today around 1:30 pm and there were two young ladies working. One was with a customer and the other one wasn’t. I didn’t get greeted by either one of them and the one without the customer didn’t offer to help me as she saw me waiting. She was wearing glasses I believe dark frames and she has dark hair. Well, she was very rude and it was my first time going into a FedEx. I normally use UPS and she made it a horrible experience as a first-time customer.

Wil is honestly the best for any and all of your printing needs. He answers questions quickly and efficiently. When you have to ask someone for help, you are in a vulnerable position. He makes the process simple, and explains it so that you are more knowledgeable moving forward. HIGHLY recommend this location

It's insane how often this hub has lost packages for me. What's worse is they make excuses that it's not lost, and it'll be delivered in a few days. Shippers won't issue a refund and tell me to wait till FedEx gets their act together. A week later, still not delivered, the shipper finally relents, but by then sales/deals are over and I have to spend more money to get another order shipped. I baffled by why anyone still uses FedEx. As god is my witness I've had better and more consistent deliveries from USPS. Pathetic!

Absolutely terrible service and manners! I've never felt so stupid before in my life. I have a business account with FedEx and we use it quite often but everytime I call this location for assistance they act like I am bothering them and when I ask questions they talk to me in a sarcastic tone as if I should already know the answer. Excuse me..it's not my fault you work at FedEx and you hate your job. They have absolutely no reason to be so ignorant, I am always kind a courteous to every single person I interact with. I believe that you should treat people as you would like to be treated. FedEx should start making their staff take courses on manners and customer service skills. I'm going to UPS from now on and I'm taking my business account with me.

I hope someone from FedEx contacts me regarding an unpleasant experience with their employee Oliver. He was very rude, intimidating, and extremely unprofessional not only to me but to his fellow coworkers and another customer. You would be surprised to watch a video of his offensive behavior!

Great experience! Alex assisted me in sending a package to Mexico, figuring out the complicated address using photos and texts from my phone. Will definitely use this location again.
