Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as you possibly can they have no idea what a reservation is I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a truck and they called me 12 hours ahead of time and tell me they don't have one do yourself a favor and stay away unfortunately zero stars is not an option

Set a reservation, was told days before the location could not accommodate my request. The reservation was made weeks ago, so I would assume a company the size of Enterprise could source a vehicle. This experience is becoming the norm for both Mokena locations.

This location is awesome!!! I have rented a truck from the twice. The first time, there was a small inspection needed for truck so I had to wait. I dont remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but he waved the miles and gave me 10% discount. I enjoyed the truck to the fullest! My second rental was 2 weeks ago and the truck was beyond beautiful! It did great! I am going to call in a few minutes to make a reservation.

July 13th 2020 I walked into this location and made reservations for a 26' Truck to be used the weekend of September 11th-15th 2020. I recieved a call from this location Tuesday September 9th 2020 to confirm Friday the 11th pick up. On Thursday the 10th at 4:30pm (30 min before close) I recieved a call from this location stating the truck will not be available, not even one at a different Enterprise location. Reservations made 1.5 months early, with all my information entered to hold truck. With a confirmation call 3 days prior and not have a truck available on scheduled day anywhere in the Chicagoland area. "PENSKE TRUCK RENTAL" saved the day. Go to 1-800 "PENSKE" and not this place.

I rent cars frequently through the year as I travel for work. I usually don't have man issues with rentals, but the last 2 experiences with Enterprise have been the worst I have had with customer service in general. I booked a premium car for pickup at Chicago Midway airport, this was a 2 week rental (about $600), I arrived and waited in the first line checked in with their agent on the 1st floor, and was then directed to wait in another line upstairs (some company's days don't even require a visit to the desk... The second desk is where another agent will walk you over to your car and try to upsell an upgrade, and pitch more add on items and insurance so be ready. I was given an Impala, premium car. I noticed some cigarette smell in the vehicle when I got in but I was in a rush because I was now running late because of all the hoops you have to jump through to get my rental car. I drove the car for a day or 2, visiting family. The cigarette odor was so strong my family asked if I started smoking, and my father in law refused to ride in it. The next day I called their customer service number on their website, I explained that the car smelled so bad that I needed to exchange it, but going all the way back to the airport was too far for me. The customer service rep looked up the location near me, which was their Mokena location at 19300 LaGrange Rd, he directed me there to exchange vehicles. I asked if the same car was available there, it sounded like he made a few taps on a keyboard and said "yes there is a chevy impala there and will have it ready for you". He gave me a reference number of some sort, that I will soon find out means nothing at all. I left work a little bit early to make sure I got there before they close, I wait in line and discuss the problem I am having with their agent (Milos). He doesn't know anything about this, that reference number doesn't seem to mean anything, he tells me he doesn't have a premium car or really anything at all. He gives me a minivan, and I ask to come back the next day for my car and he said he will have something, he was expecting a lot of returns through the day... I ask when, he couldn't say, so I come back about the same time the next day leaving work a little early once again. I arrive and while waiting in line I can tell by the look of panic and rushing around that I was not going to be given a premium car that I booked. Finally, after standing there unacknowledged for 12 minutes Milos looks at me and explains he doesn't have a premium car for me (at least he remembered what I look like right...) I said ok, this is the second time im being lied to by an employee of the company. I asked what happened and why... He said his location doesn't keep premium cars on site, and there was nothing he could do about it. I asked why he didn't tell me this yesterday and he said "I said I would have a car for you not a premium car"... The 2 cars he said he had was of a standard class at best. I asked him about a couple other vehicles on the lot that would work for me and he said no, he cant offer me those. I asked about my rental rate and adjustments if you cannot provide what I paid for, once again he explained there is nothing, he can do about it. I asked about my smokey Impala I dropped off, apparently it was shipped over to another location... Why wouldn't another location ship a Premium car over if you offered it to a customer??? More blank stares, no offer of assistance, was told I can take a ride over to another location and try to exchange it there. Unfortunately I don't have the time to be running around to various locations based on word of mouth that have all been lies at this point. I leave with my minivan (that was given to me with a ¾ tank of fuel and another promise), and email customer service from the link on their site. I received an email back from their customer service, they explain they will engage the Management at the Midway location and

Went online to their website & booked a cargo van August 29th so we could move the rest of my grandma's belongings to my dad's house. Enterprise called & said no truck available sorry. I asked about a bigger truck, no truck sorry. How can you make a reservation & there not be a truck? Not a good way to do business!!! Very disapppointed!!!
