I love this place so much but I'm giving it a four because whenever I go the machine has to get reset at least once. Other than that it's a really clean establishment with a vending machine and a miniature store. Also the workers are very nice.

Best cages I've been to. They use real baseballs instead of the rubber ones with holes. Amazing pro shop, trainers, specials, and virtual screens. This is the place!

Consistently good experience. Friendly and helpful. Clean facility, not a ton of staff but that is to be expected. Some loaner helmets and bats were available when we forgot them. You can rent a cage and pitch to your kids/team from a 5 gallon bucket of balls for the best value. Vending machines or bring your own drinks/snacks.
