If I could give zero stars I would. Filled a prescription and the pharmacist couldn’t have been ruder. Very rushed, seemed extremely annoyed when I asked question and once he answered my question he walked away. Don’t ask me if I had more and didn’t even let me get the follow up question out. Will not be filling anymore prescriptions here.

This pharmacy is always friendly, I don’t feel any judgement from their employees at the pharmacy, and they’re flexible too. This CVS typically has my medications in stock unlike most Walgreens. I am giving them three stars, because I want them to know that if a medication is out of stock that they should inform the patient of that when they come to pick it up. I know what medicine I am supposed to be getting. Therefore, if you only charge me for one medication when I know I’m here to get two, it doesn’t mean I am going to forget about the other one. Please don’t make me sit here and wonder where is it?? It makes me feel like you’re not being upfront with your services. Please tell me right away that it’s not in stock, when you’ll be getting it in stock, and you should have already looked into if any other cvs close by have it in stock to transfer it. All pharmacists that receive a prescription from a doctor should not accept it until they have checked to see if it is in stock or not. This goes for all medications. What is the point of accepting a prescription if you don’t have it in stock?By checking it prior to accepting it you’ll have much less issues to deal with. Issues such as, answering patient phone calls wondering why their medication isn’t filled and you have to explain it’s out of stock but we have it…. When you accept an out of stock item unless it’ll be there within the next 3-4 days the pharmacy shouldn’t accept it. When you do this this results in the patient having to call various pharmacies to find who has it in stock (which shouldn’t be the patients job at all. Oh look I created a new job position for the medical field!), call the doctor again, ask for the same medicine to be called in at a different pharmacy that hopefully has it. Pharmacist need to communicate to doctors whether a medication called in is in stock or not. You’d have less dissatisfied and upset customers. I’ll be sending this to Walgreens reviews too. Other than this issue, the staff are friendly and helpful here and I don’t blame them for this. I blame CVS corporate.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have been going here for the past 10 years. So far almost every month something is up with my prescription on their end. 90% of the time the pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. None of them can handle people in handle or pressure of trying to hurry up when there is a long line. They need to rework the entire pharmacy section and get all new pharmacists. This place has gone down hill had. Becky the main pharmacist there use to be so good. Now she dosent seem like she knows what she is doing or is able to lead a team. The staff changes regularly. That shows you that of Becky is doing poorly in this work place environment. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here for your pharmaceutical needs and persecriptons.

Went to the pharmacy to ask a question- was told to see the advocate @ the clinic. The advocate was RUDE. Would not let me speak for a second nor had any remorse or help whatsoever. If you can’t work with people then time to find a new profession. -2/10 would EVER recommend

Yasmeen was rude as hell to me, the lady in front of me, and the person who called on the phone. The male darker skinned pharmacist in charge was even meaner to Yasmeen than she was to the customers….what a mess of a visit.

Pharmacist I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. I called looking for an Adderall-type prescription that is on back order at most other CVS locations. As I am new to this medication, I could not remember the name. At the other-five- CVS locations I called, they took my name and birthdate and were able to find the name of this prescription, tell me if they had it in stock or not, and if not, suggested a different location. The pharmacist I spoke to not only interrupted me as I was speaking, but told me, quote, “How am I supposed to find the medication if you don’t know the name?” After being talked over and admonished for my lack of knowledge while I tried suggesting a solution, I hung up and took my time, money, and business elsewhere.

Lou the pharmacist at this CVS is so ignorant. Threw my prescription back at me. Asked him to see if there was another CVS that had medication. He said he couldn’t look. Which is a lie cause all other CVS pharmacy’s have helped me when I needed to look for another CVS pharmacy that had my prescription in stock. One of the worst pharmacies and pharmacists ever had to deal with. After driving 25 miles and sitting in traffic for a hour. Took my prescription to CVS on 103rd and Pulaski and the pharmacist there was so much nicer and helpful. Way closer to my house.

I have been a long-standing Walgreens shopper for quick & convenient items. However, a friend, who is a CVS shopper has repeatedly bragged about her savings and coupon deals she receives. I decided to give CVS a try and have been pleasantly surprised with the savings and generous offers. I definitely will be visiting CVS again!

The pharmacist follows an especially diligent follow up process. She called me to check if I was able to get a prescription at another location or if I still needed one from her cvs store. She took that extra step that equals a 100% satisfactory rate. On my next visit she called me by name as remembered me. That's the personal touch that exceeds standards. Well done CVS. I am switching from Walgreens on Laporte and Wolf road because of this pharmacist!

Pharmacy is pretty bad was grilled by a gentleman pharmacist who has no business working with people. Very rude, doesn’t want to help, gives wrong info, just horrible!

The pharmacy staff are extremely impatient. I’ve had too many frustrating conversations with them before I eventually had to switch to a different pharmacy.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy staff. Called early 9AM to refill prescriptions Was told a very important medical device for my sons health would be ready same day.I go by to pick up whats ready at 1pm and ask about his medical device as I didn’t receive it. .. was told it would be ready in an hour still in process .Never got a text or call Otherwise.I contacted them after 2 hours, then turns out I have to wait a whole day.Would of been nice if she took the time to look it up when I asked for her to be sure it would be ready for same day, she’d go ahead and notice it was out of stock. Will be looking for another pharmacy.
