Not only did he make my previous daily driver go well over 150k miles before I sold it, he also installed Air Conditioning and diagnosed/repaired issues on my classic car I've recently bought. When he found problems, he was clear with what he found, what parts would be needed, and was very good at making sure I wanted the extra repairs done for things he found before performing the labor.

IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A MECHANIC TO FIX A PROBLEM AND COME OUT WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN THEN TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I walked in the shop to get my car fixed and I immediately had a gut feeling not to drop my car off there but they were able to look at my car the same day (which should’ve been another red flag because great mechanics usually make you wait a week or more to get you in due to the amount of clients they have). Anyway, he gave me an estimate and he ended up charging me more than double saying it was a “hard job to do” which was only replacing a bad thermostat. After picking up the vehicle I noticed that I was having issues with my heat and ac that I didn’t have before and messaged him the next day and he didn’t respond. I went up there and I felt attacked by him and some lady that I never spoke to before that came out from back room to tell me that it is not a result of their work and that it’s not their problem. They didn’t even offer to look at it or help find me a solution. I was open to pay a little more to get the problem fixed. Their energy definitely changed after they had my money in their hand. I took the car to another mechanic because winter is approaching and I really need the problem fixed. They told me that I was overcharged and that I should’ve took the car back to them and demanded they fix it but honestly I would not let them touch my car again they’ve caused enough damage. These people are clearly not honest people and I should have trusted my gut but I’m here to warn you to take your car to a more reputable mechanic to save money and a headache.

I am new to this state and to find a great auto repair place was a miracle! I needed tire repair and after calling 5 other places and getting outrageous quotes I found CRG! I called explained my situation they took me right in and the price for my tire repair was lower than I've paid before anywhere else! The man at the front desk was very courteous and nice. And... I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend them

I'm usually pretty hesitant when it comes to working with car mechanics, but everyone at CRG made any worries I had completely pointless. They were completely professional, kind, and just a genuine pleasure to speak with. I've been verbally recommending them to anyone I know who needs work done and will continue to do so. Claude was my main point of contact and I can't sing their praises enough.I had an electrical fiasco with my Civic and they took a situation that I thought was hopeless and efficiently solved it.Thanks again for your help!Services: Electrical

The owner is a pretty cool dude!!! Very fair and explains in to detail what the issues are and how to fix them!!! Awesome place to go!!!!? I will bring my truck to this shop as long as I own one!!
