I can’t say enough about the Creative experience !! Excellent job from. Autumn and. Dana ! The shopping and measure went so smooth. George and Lu were amazing. The install is seamless. The binding and surging was so worth it. They all are very proud of their work !! I will use them again and recommend them to my friends !!!!

I went to Creative Carpet & Flooring after reading reviews from previous customers and it's local. Michele was great to deal with and was so helpful when I was choosing the carpeting. Installation went well. The installers really work hard, taking no breaks, just kept working until the job was complete. I LOVE the carpet I chose with Michele's help and I would definitely use them again on any other flooring work in the future.

David Coulam was truly the best sales person ever and he explained everything and he was ver knowledgeable and also followed up thru the job. Jonathan did the flooring perfectly 3 twelve hour days one of which power outage here after he worked 8 hours he came back and finished job next day 4 hours. He even cleaned up usually workers do not and he was very thorough and he explained everything and very courteous he did everything perfect and most polite person very respectful and his work best I ever seen hope you thank both of them personally from ur company I won't use anyone rose but these two people ever

This was a great experience from the moment we walked into the Mokena store to when the installation was complete. When we met with Brian we already had a particular style of carpet in mind. He showed us several similar options to compare. Beyond the price difference, Brian gave us the benefits of each different carpet type. We took samples home, returning the next day with the choice of the Karastan carpet that Brian had first recommended. Gary came to the house the next day to measure, and the carpet was installed less than 2 weeks after we ordered it. The install team was great. They worked fast, and they were meticulous with their installation detail. I was concerned because the carpet was patterned and would have to be seamed, but you can't see the seam at all. The install team cleaned up inside and out, and took away our old carpet. I can't thank our salesperson Brian enough for all of his help and expertise in choosing the carpet. The price was extremely reasonable, and the install couldn't have gone better. I will forever return to Creative Carpet and Flooring for any carpeting needs, and strongly recommend them for anyone who's looking for new carpet.

Michele Chapman was patient and professional as we considered various options for the (2) large rooms. When we finally decided, the carpeting was installed when promised. The installers came (2) hours early but needed most of the day to complete the install. They worked hard, did a nice job and took no breaks.

We recently had 900 square feet of prefinished wood flooring installed to replace carpeting in 3 bedrooms and a front room in our ranch style home.
Their pricing was very competetive. Their sales consultant, John Klickner, was outstanding from beginning to end and a very genuine human being caring about customer satisfaction.
The installers were true craftsman. They went out of their way to sort through boxes of wood to match shades of wood so that each room transition closely matched the existing wood flooring.
Every cut around each doorway was absolutely perfect.
Two years ago Creative Carpet installed carpeting in our living room with the same excellent result and since used their carpet cleaning service twice. They used different machines along with steam cleaners and the results were the best I have experienced.
They are friendly people that truly care aboout their customers.
