The gentleman who helped me Saturday morning was very knowledgeable about the part I was looking for to fix my toilet. In just a few minutes he had the new part in my hands and explained how to install it. Within the year I plan on remodeling my whole bathroom. I will definitely be going back to Crawford Supply for all my plumbing supplies. Great showroom also! Thanks for your professionalism.

I recommended my sister to Crawford. She lives in Romeoville and was looking to purchase/order 2 new Koehler toilets. When she asked questions about ordering the toilets and if they had any plumbers they could recommend the lady was rude and frankly looked at my sister like she was asking stupid questions. Unbelievable! I have recommended Crawford to family and friends for years. I have purchased from them several times myself. I will never shop there or recommend again. My sister went to Lowes where the gentleman answered her questions, placed the order and gave her a listing of plumbers she could call! Maybe Crawford is only interested in “big” remodeling projects!

Really Really great experience here. I needed a couple plumbing supplies and tried this place for the first time and right when I walked in the door, was blown away by the show room alone. Penny was the one that helped Me and when She saw the part I had in My hand, She knew exactly what it was and found it in stocks in the back in a matter of minutes! Go here if You are in the area, You won't be disappointed.

After shopping at Home Depot and Menards and feeling frustrated with the reviews on different kitchen faucets, today I went into this store. They have fantastic products with a good range of price points. Walked out with confidence in my purchase and was served very well! I can't remember the woman's name who helped me but she was kind and very knowledgeable. Can't give a better review than this. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I stopped in after being referred by our countertop salesman. We like shopping local so we went to check it out. We were looking for a specific sink and we are pretty easy going people so it should have been a quick trip. The woman working with us was very cold and on the snarky/condescending side. Almost as if we were bothering her. When she gave us the price on the sink we were looking for, I had asked if there was price matching available because I can get the same sink from another retailer for $200 less. She said she couldn't match the price. She then started talking about all the accessories in the same condescending way. Eventually, I decided to let her know we are going to purchase the sink elsewhere to save some money and she told us "Good luck getting it in one piece" in a super snarky tone. I don't know if she thought that was going to make me sit back down and let her have the sale, but we promptly got up and left.

Great products - TERRIBLE Customer Service. You can feel the poor attitudes - after the order is placed (of course). It must be part of their training to not call back and respond to questions. Do not expect the sales person nor the Manager to be your advocate for backordered items. They will not try to better the pick up dates and again, they will NEVER pick up the phone to tell you the status of the order. Sales is very nebulous on delivery dates, as well. For example, mid-next week turns into 2 weeks later (only if YOU call). I rated 2 stars because of the product line they carry and would rate them ZERO stars for Customer Service.

Great helpful staff with good displays for everything plumbing fixture. Back room parts counter can find you anything you need to get the job done. Delivers anywhere in Chicago at designated times needed. So glad I found this supplier.
