The nice pharmacists are clueless and the ones who have seniority are extremely rude for no reason. It's a horrible experience almost every time.

I avoid this pharmacy at all costs. CVS so much better to deal with. Always some snot answering the phone in the pharmacy and treating you like you owe them something. Hello, I am the customer. I live nearby and go out of my way to pick up perscriptions at CVS rather than dealing with this place. Monthly perscriptions that arent cheap with good insurance. You would think business they want. Walgreens has really went downhill.

My experience with Walgreens pharmacy was very frustrating. Picking up an order for my mother, who was just released from the hospital. Pharmacist Melanie explained that "We do not fill these two prescriptions, you must find them in the aisle yourself." When asked why or if she could help, she merely repeated that insurance would not cover them, and the pharmacy would not dispense them, as they were technically vitamins. "We don't do that here". Could not find Thaimine in the aisle. Debbie the manager helped me look, but also could not find it. We went back to the Pharmacist Melanie, who told us Thiamine was a B vitamin. Debbie back to look, still could not find it, went once again to the pharmacist, who now remembered it is specifically Vitamin B1. No help from the Pharmacy professional Melanie, who was curt and dismissive, until management involved and three tries. Frustrating and exhausting, made a simple matter a circus.

The nurse, Vera, and Nurse Practitioner, Nicole, that I saw for myself and my two children were amazing. We live near this facility and have had some pretty awful experiences in the past, but these two ladies were truly amazing. Thank-you for what you do!

Glad they have prescriptions but the pharmacy seem very burnt out and unsafe. Multiple different times I've asked if my picked up medication is safe for breastfeeding to which the pharmacist (who didn't come to the window to talk to me which is a right) said "yeah, yeah" but ask your pediatrician. Glad for google. They used to be a trusted source that would share their resources-now they are completely guessing. Also my mom has had MAJOR hipaa violations here where someone in Florida has been filling scripts under her information.

I gave this location one star only because less than one star wasn't offered!!!! I used to shop there, did for years, ever since they opened that location. One day I was shopping there as usual, bought some beer as I have for years, them knowing me personally and was refused the beer because I had lost my wallet and couldn't show my ID to prove my age? I am almost 70 years old!!!!!!! I estimate my spending at between $7,500 and 10,000 per year at that location! I will never shop their again!!!!!!!

The entire store in understaffed and I'm sure they're overworked but there is this Rude woman with purple hair in the pharmacy constantly yelling at people every time I'm there. No only is she mean she's yelling all their information at them and I can hear the drugs they take. Very unprofessional. Most of the other staff is ok but I'm sure she's yelling at them too so who really knows.

Today we went to this Walgreens on Wolf Rd. in Mokena purchased 2 types of thermometer and didn't realize until after we paid the cashier overcharged us. 1 of the thermometer was $39.99 and the 2nd thermometer was $11.99. The cashier had scanned the 1st thermometer for $39.99 twice. So we turned around, waited in line to have the price adjusted. The cashier asked me for my phone number the 2nd time when doing the refund, which she didn't the 1st time we paid. I had my credit card out ready for my refund. She then handed me the refund receipt so I asked where is my refund. She said I already gave it to you, in the form of STORE CREDIT. Why did I get a store credit when I just paid with my credit card 5 minutes ago? 2nd Walgreen employee came to help the 1st employee out. Explained to me that because when I paid the 1st time without giving my phone number and I return an item with a phone number, the refund will be in store credit. ???? Does this make any Fu....g sense to anyone? She then said this is store policy! Store Policy! According to Walgreens Return Policy on Walgreens website, it's stated clearly "With original receipt, items will be returned for the full purchase price and refunds will be issued in the ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Talking about incompetent.

I have multiple issues with pharmacy staffs. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Probably will change to different pharmacy if they make one more mistake. I have kids with special needs and it's very important that their meds are filled on time and correctly. Instead of making one trip, I had to make 4 different trips to pick up their meds due to their mistakes. This is truly unacceptable! I do not recommend this pharmacy

UPDATE: I called back to see if the transfer happened and the girl I talked to was so rude. She said I already had a 30 day supply and the insurance wouldn't cover it and that it was a really expensive drug. I checked the box that I had and there were only 15 applications. I called back again. The next person I talked to said they did have my prescription in stock and they must have only give me one box (half of my prescription.) So they had it the entire time and I spent 2 hours trying to find another pharmacy that carried it and unnecessary stress on a pregnant women. Do not go to this pharmacy. Absolutely horrible and treat their customers poorly. I dropped off my prescription last night and asked the pharmacist when it would be ready. She said they didn't have it in at the moment but it was coming in tomorrow. I asked when can I pick it up. She said anytime tomorrow. Well it's tomorrow and I called before I went to pick it up and it's not there. They won't have it until Monday and she told me I could call around to other pharmacies to see if they have it. If they would have called me earlier I would have more time to look for other options. Now, it's almost 5 and I'm scrambling because I need that prescription. I will never go back. If you don't have it maybe try calling the customer so they can find a different pharmacy. CVS on the other hand was more than accommodating and will be using them going forward.

STAY AWAY FROM THE MOKENA CLINIC & THE NP THERE! My daughter has been feelng ill for 6 days now. Her doctor said because of COVID she has to go to an immediate care or a clinic at a pharmacy to get checked out. #1: We can't go see our doctor at the dr.'s office because of COVID but we can go to a more public place at Walgreens? #2: If you are going to direct your patients to a clinic make sure there is qualified people to take care of your patients! My daughter finally gets into see the NP with all her symptoms: fever, sore throat, congestion, ear ache, lymthoids swollen, bad cough, fluid in her ears, and body aches this NP sends her off with NO perscription and just to take Zytrec! I was there with her but I wasn't able to go in with her because of COVID, COVID, COVID! She was tested for COVID and strep, both came back negaitve. My daughter needed antibiotics!!! This NP doesn't believe in antibiotics!! She told my daughter that if she wanted antibiotics that she would have to go see another doctor. She doesn't like perscribing antibiotics because of...ready for this one...CONSTIPATION. So, when we get home my daughter takes over the counter medicine and by the end of the night she was coughing so much she threw up AND her fever shot up again! COVID should not take over quality medical care to us!!! Docter's office wants to keep them safe but this NP is directing sick people to go see more doctors. This is ridiculous and should be unacceptable to every American!!

I just don't understand why people complain about this place. These people do their best even though they are always swamped with orders. They've never made a mistake and we're always helpful. What more do you want?

Recently came here to grab a few things before heading my way. It's your average Walgreens it's located off an easy access intersection as well. Thankfully it's not one of those fancy upscale Walgreen stores. Staff here is friendly and accommodating. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back here.

Slow slow so slow.... go see your primary care physician. Terrible service. Terrible. Could not care less about helping you. come here as a worst case scenario. They don't care about you in the least and more interested in taking their time getting set up & chatting with each other & taking your money. Asking questions to make it look like they actually know what they are talking about or like they are being productive. Waste of your time. Waste of your money.
