Line to the back of the store with two people working in store. The one guy was the cashier while the other guy stood up at the register and did nothing. Was in the store for about ten minutes and there was only the one line. The gas pumps were also really slow. I have never seen a gas pump that slow. I will never stop here again.

The guy counting his drawer in the store was nice enough but the cashier was very short and rude. The store is busy so not well stocked and no parking.

Has a 4 hour parking limit but not for the locals that they let park there. Was gonna fuel in the am when I left but had the city cop tell me to leave. But the other 8 trucks could stay that were there when I arrived. So glad I didn’t fuel. Don’t fuel or park here there a pretend truck stop.

How are the restrooms closed to the customers. I can fill up my tank but I can't use the restrooms. We just went across to BP and purchase $90.00 worth of gas and used the restrooms.

They keep bathrooms closed most of the time I guess so they don’t have to clean them

I travel all over the state for work and I can honestly say this is one of the worst Shell Stations in the state. The Men's restroom always has a wet and sticky floor, full urinals (that don't seem to flush), no paper towels or hot water, plus employees not wearing facemasks at all.The gas pumps work but I would recommend going elsewhere if you need to make a pitstop.

This place is absolutely wonderful especially on the night shift when I like to sneak in, the young girl is so nice and helpful and always hard working. If I could offer more stars I would. Shame other places can't compete with this level of professionalism.

Nice clean store overall. I always come in about 6 AM. NEVER happy with cashier. Asked for 6 packs of cigarettes, first of all she grabbed wrong ones and when I THINK she grabbed the right ones, I couldn't tell because she was hiding them behind her back...wow! Did she think I was gonna grab them off the counter and run?!?Highly offended! Next I inquired about price, promotion on Newport's, customer side of register wasn't showing price....Instead of showing me, she says "WHAT CHU WANT ME TO DO???RING IT UP AGAIN???" So I just said I wanted to see the price with the promotion reflected. At that point someone came to assist/Takeover and the remainder of transaction went smooth.Don't know cashiers name but she is a short African American Lady. Sensitivity Training or just plain ol Customer Training IS NEEDED FOR THIS CASHIER!!!!!
