“I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”

“Writing my review for Esmeralda at the photo department. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.”

“The young manager lady who came out from the back to help me with my grandmother was so kind and beautiful. I realized when she came out she brought a positive atmosphere to the store and many other customers were very happy to see her. Even the little Kiddos running around the store trying to get her attention at the time was cute. If I were you guys I’d put her at the very top of the food chain. I’ve had help from other associates but none matched what she brought to the table. Her name was Alexis and my grandmother always ask for her!”

“Great Hair Salon. We loved the one in Fort Myers and thought we Would try the one in Orland Park. Both employ excellent stylists. They are both professional and talented and we are very happy with our hair. Both salons are peaceful and not a lot of crazy drama like a few that we visited. You won't be sorry”

“I have a 2 year old who just sized up into 3T while it's still cold out. While everywhere else already has summer tees and shorts, I needed long sleeves, and this Once Upon a Child had such an amazing selection for me to peruse. Ended up with 11 tops at about $3 each, it was perfect.The clothes are organized in sections for boys and girls, and each aisle was labeled with sizes. We had no trouble navigating around that section.There are so many toys displayed a little overwhelmingly on the shelves, and they were labeled pretty fairly in terms of price.There's also a selection of secondhand strollers and other baby gear for those interested. Products were in decent shape, with a few needing to be cleaned a little.Overall, I will definitely be getting the bulk of my son's clothes from here as he grows up.”

“Sara and Araceli were the absolute best. I was greeted when I came in the store. I was told of sales that were going on. I was checked in on if I needed help or had questions. They did the same for other customers that came in after me. The store was tidy and clean.Great customer service. Nice atmosphere and I was in and out. Will definitely come back. Thank you.”

She was straightening racks of misses clothes; got the impression she was a manager walking the store, checking on things & took the time to greet us! Encountered her again later & she asked how things were going. Loved it!”
