WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. After picking my car up and signing papers I was told by Chad that although they had "fixed" my car it was still making noise and suggested they noise could be due to a difference part that may need to be replaced.(why wasn't that checked when the car was there for 2 weeks) Also had to pay extra (out of pocket)because Chad underestimated the amount of labor required. Drove the car home and it still made noise. They did explain everything throughly on the work that needed to be done. Not satisfied with the work they did. A late review doesn't make it any less true.

Chad is an amazing mechanic and a great guy. Only mechanic I’ve found that is willing to talk to you about your problem and options, as compared to other shops that hang up on you within 30 seconds. A problem that I believed would cost $8000 only turned out to be a $300 repair. Very knowledgeable and honest mechanic that gives it to you straight.

I've brought my car there a few times, they're always super friendly and never pushy like some other places I've been. They have consistently shown and sent me photos and even videos of what what was going on with my car, spoke to me in a way I could understand it, and have even told me how to prioritize the issues so I can get things done at my own pace! Being able to text them when I need to is so convienent. Recently told them that my finances were shorter than normal, they asked if there was a budget and they worked everything necessary into that budget, without going over. SO SO SO happy I found them! Chad, Tom, and Katherine are amazing and I will never go anywhere else!

I was in from out of state visiting relatives when my diesel pickup developed a noticeable coolant leak from the water pump. On Monday Kyle at the desk said it wouldn't be until Friday until they looked at it. I was desperate and dropped the truck off that evening in case they had time during the week. By Thursday Chad had diagnosed the issue, and a formal quote with the scope of work was sent to via text and email. Friday mid morning the work was complete. Great shop, great communication, great mechanic and service writer. Fairly priced, and the work is warrantied. Couldn't recommend more.

I’ve been here a couple of times with 2 different vehicles, and both times everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and friendly every minute I was there. They have most any tool you’d need to finish the job, and they take care of fluid and parts disposal. They also answered all of my questions and helped me anytime I was struggling, and when I was in over my head this most recent visit, Chad reassured me that I can leave my vehicle and he would take care of it. And he is a man of his word. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to complete their own repairs, or is in need of a shop to take care of their vehicle.

Chad will always give it to you straight. I've brought my vehicle in several times, and sometimes, when I feared a very expensive repair, it turned out to be muuuuuuuuch more reasonable than other shops that were trying to gouge me.
Likewise, if there is something very wrong with your vehicle- a problem that does not make financial sense to put so much money into it, he will tell you honestly.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company took my car and did a diagnostic for $1600 and told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it. They never answer my calls and are racking up $25 fees to my car everyday it’s at the shop. Never trust these people with your car. You will never get it back.
