Kathleen (personal banker) at the Lincoln Hwy location in Mokena was excellent! She is approachable and knowledgeable. She explained in great detail the High School checking account to my son. She walked him through the account details, navigating the app, watching for fraud and even security at the ATM. I highly recommend her for any banking needs. This was my son’s first banking experience and she made it awesome!

Went to this branch that is in Mokena by the Binnys and meijer. I went on a weekday around 4 PM about an hour before they closed. I believe the person at the counter that helped me was named Miranda. I had about 26 EE bonds to cash in. Having worked retail for most of my life, I realized coming in with a labor intensive job like this close to the closing time was not ideal. I told her if we could just get a few done, and I would bring in the rest later, that would be fine with me, whatever she felt like. I had a seat and about 15 minutes later she had printed off all the summary sheets and was finished with the entire 26 bonds, deposited into my account and completely finished. I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Thank you!

Could not cash my check for 10k they do not have that much they have to order it which takes two weeks the last was so ignorant do not go there

I have been banking with Chase for 10+ years. Cliff was the banker we had the pleasure of working with when we walked in on a Saturday to open an additional account. He was so professional, personable and friendly. My husband and I had originally went to the Frankfort branch that day and we did not have a pleasurable experience. It was so bad that I contemplated just using our other bank, but my husband suggested we try another branch. Cliff was not aware of our experience at the different branch, but he gave us top tier customer service and little did he know he retained a long time customer that day by just being himself! Thank you Cliff for your amazing service!

They actually answer their phones at this Mokena Branch!!! How nice! Frankfort never answers their phones. Tellers are nice at both locations.

Chase changed the policy of filling out withdrawl/deposit slips to verbally announce to the teller your personnal business for everyone to hear. Inefficient and humiliating.

Came in to replace my debit card after loosing it.. I’ve had this happen twice before at other locations and both times it took close to an hour to take care of. The gentleman that assisted me at this location had me in and out!Probably spent 20 minutes taking care of everything... great efficient service.

Elise was THE BOMB! My husband and I had bad experiences on the phone with customer service but when we came into this Chase Bank branch, Elise was the definition of great customer service. She was very helpful and guided us through the services we requested. These days it's hard to meet people like her and we had an excellent experience. Keep up the great work!

I misplaced my debit card and needed to make a cash deposit. I stopped in to have my card replaced and Diana could not have been more helpful! She cancelled my card and got me a digital one right away My new card was sent overnight as well. Great customer service!!!!

Chase was accidentally taking $6 per month out of my college daughter’s account for the last 15 months. We went to the bank and they stated that the withdrawals were incorrect and their fault because they didn’t enter the information in the account correctly.... wrong date for college graduation. The account is free while in college. They said that it was up to her to notice the mistake, so therefore they only reimbursed for the last 3 months! Why is Chase not accountable for their mistakes! They need to reimburse accounts when they mistakenly take out money! I wouldn’t get away with it if I mistakenly forget to pay my mortgage! I am changing banks!

I had a business account with another bank that was at the most a 2 star bank. Anyways I then took my business to this Chase branch, and have been nothing but satisfied. We have been able to complete all transactions in a Timely manner, and the staff has nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend considering moving your finances here if you feel like your missing something when it comes to your finances. Ask for Elise, she’s great.

Either their phone number doesn’t work, or they chose to not answer the phone because this branch has never picked up the phone anytime I’ve called them in need of assistance.
