Tom was fantastic to work with! You can tell he really loves his job and does the work right. He kept me updated with photos as he was working on my truck. I had my truck rust proofed/undercoated along with tints. Tom and his staff are all very friendly and easy to work with. 10 out 10 would reccomend!

For years we have had nothing but excellent service from CarSmart! Most recently, my Explorer was brought in for ceramic window tinting and they went above and beyond. They provide exceptional customer service from start to finish with friendly faces and attitudes. It is hard to find a company that puts customer satisfaction first and CarSmart does it flawlessly! Highly recommend!

I had numerous issues with my car and decided to contact Car Smart, where I spoke with Tom. His customer service was outstanding; he guided me through everything and accommodated my schedule. When I first walked into Car Smart, I was welcomed by friendly smiles and a clean lobby. The mini fridge stocked for guests was a nice touch, and Tom encouraged me to help myself. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle and even performed a few extra services. Now, my car is in the best condition it's ever been. I highly recommend this shop to everyone I know. If you're looking for quality service, this is the place to go!

I sold my 24 year old Ram with a Rhino lining spray in liner, and rust proofing that was performed by this team of experts. Still being amazed at how well it held up and how great it looked after all those years, I knew there was only one place to bring my brand new F-150 to have the same services done. Once again, they absolutely knocked it out of the park! I get nothing but complements on how neat and professional the work they performed is! I recommend them whenever I can! I would not trust my truck in the hands of anyone else! I had the Rhino spray in liner, under body coating and rust proofing, PPF on my front painted bumper, as well as my front windows tinted. Every service they performed completely exceeding my expectations!

This will be redundant but Tom (owner) is the best! I had some work done on a car of mine and it turned out to be my error. Instead of pushing it off to go to another place, which would have been well within his right, he was insistent I bring it by to look at it free of charge. He definitely puts his customers first. Very rare nowadays!

I can comfortably rate CarSmart with 5 stars! I can't say enough about these guys and the level of service and expertise they provide. They listened well to all of my questions and concerns, and provided ample information for me to make an informed decision. They also showed me products and services that I was unaware of, based upon my vehicle and preferences and opened the door to some really great ideas. Got my 2023 Chevy Silverado Rhino Lining with CarSmart. Customer service and product quality are top notch. Tom was very helpful with the process and talked to me after it was done. The price was a tad more than I wanted to pay, but it came out great. Easily 5 stars.

Extremely impressed with the Team at Carsmart! I had undercoating, step bars, full detail, and window tint done on my Toyota Tacoma and absolutely amazed with the quality and expertise of there work. I am going to bring it in for a few more items and I will post pics of the truck.I highly recommend Carsmart, Tom and his crew are fantastic!

A few years ago, my son took his truck in to CarSmart of Mokena for a dent-less paint repair. He dealt with the owner, Tom, and said he was a 'really nice guy to deal with.' I had seen the dent and when he got the truck back, I tried to find the repair, and I could not. It was a fantastic repair so I filed CarSmart in the mental Rolodex for future reference because of their friendliness and quality of work.So when I recently picked up a 2008 Mustang GT that was in show condition in every way, except the swirl marks in the clearcoat, I decided to take it to CarSmart for paint correction and buff-out before getting PPF put on by Abe's in Mokena. I dealt with Jeremy, the GM, in setting up the appointment and discussing things, and he was every bit as nice to deal with as apparently Tom was with my son. Because they constantly send cars over to Abe's for PPF, decals, etc., he even offered to bring the car over to Abe's for me. What a convenience! I didn't have to keep dragging the wife back and forth to move my 'toy' from shop to shop. And even though Jeremy finished the car Monday the 20th, he volunteered to keep the car over the Thanksgiving holiday when Mokena decided to salt the roads on Monday night (heavy weekend rains were predicted, so we agreed the following week would be safe to get the car over to Abe's). I was really grateful since I didn't have to find a trailer to move the car. I know shops make money by moving vehicles in and out, so his offer showed he cared about my car as much as me. Jeremy's work has my car looking like it just rolled off of the assembly line at FORD. Fantastic job!Since entering the classic car world a few years ago, I have learned it's a thankless task trying to find shops that:a) Take the time to communicate clearly upfront and not make you feel like they're doing you a favor.b) Keep you updated during service and willing to accommodate.c) Do quality work.Well, CarSmart of Mokena, is:d) All the above.
