We had an amazing experience working with Jim! We had our entire second floor, family room on the first floor, and runner on the entryway stairs recarpeted.Jim was very helpful and communicated timelines and pricing quickly and efficiently. The install process was very smooth for us, and we're extremely happy with the results!

We had three rooms done by carpet time. The work was outstanding and timely. These men are professional courteous, and strong!!! True craftsman. David and Matt , very easy to work with and bring great experience to the table. Thank you Carpet time for improving my home.

These guys are awesome!In their showroom they helped us choose our new carpet for our 2 bedrooms. Wonderful carpets, soft, kind of hairy, delicate feeling when you walk barefoot on them.Our old carpets were really well laid, so we had our doubts about the quality of the installation of the new carpets, especially since we have 2 old large bookcases made by my father and we were willing to compromise because moving the bookcases was a huge task.Imagine our surprise when we saw the finished room: perfect. See the photos, look under the bookcases, the carpets were installed without moving the bookcases and look better than before! Impressive quality of work. We couldn't be happier.We are grateful to Jim Fox for his help and advice and to Jaime for installing the carpets, moving the furniture and cleaning up, kudos!Highly recommended, from selection to installation they are the best we have worked with.

I got a quote from Home Depot and got a serious run around and then got a quote from Empire that was absolutely outrageous! Carpet Time fell into my lap and I'm so grateful! Everything went smoothly and was very reasonably priced too. The installer was also very nice and worked out a couple issues we had with an uneven floor and I was super grateful. They were also able to get it installed right away! I had a great experience and would definitley recommend them!

Previously purchased carpet here and the experience went well. Today I stopped in to price carpet. I entered with my daughter about 11 am and the gentleman didn't even acknowledge us. Customer service 101... address anyone entering your business! Especially since there was NO one else there! We didn't know which area to enter but after we discussed it loudly for a few minutes he told us which way to enter. We looked around about 5 minutes and on our way to exit he finally acknowledged us. I will take my business elsewhere!

WOW, what great service and care! We had need for floor tile in a timely manner and a local Carpet Shop didnt have a clue how to help us, while our Sales Rep was on vacation.Having to quickly . the process, I went to the manufacturer website, and Carpet Time was listed. I read the already stellar reviews and placed my call. JIM FOX answered and within 15 mins I had my quote,(matching the price we had been quoted elsewhere (still their price was very competitive...most important he figure out the way to get it us within our now tight time frame. In fact, he actually delivered it himself on a Saturday to assure we had the product of our private installer.Wonderful personality, and persistent Customer caring , and all done OVER the phone . Jim, thank you for stepping up when our other Vendor couldnt do the "elementary" work of taking care of us in the most simple way,....Thoughtful, Professional, Personable, and outstanding pricing, and Customer Service.Before you just randomly go to a BIGBOX, or that place where you bought carpet etc. 10 years ago...check our Carpet Time, family owned since the early 70's, when Jims Grandparents started servicing the South Area and beyond! Grandma is still with them, and should be proud of Jim's fantastic work.For us it will now be "Carpet Time....Every time!" Thanks again Ray

I couldn't be more pleased with my new kitchen tile from Carpet Time. After looking around at several local stores, I found exactly what I wanted here. The selection is incredible. The staff is helpful and the installers did a great job! I highly recommend this store!!.

We are more than happy with the service from Carpet Time. Our entire first floor was done with rubber tree hardwood. Our salesman Dave was with the job from start to finish. He made sure we were informed on every detail of the job. He came out during the process of the floor install just to make sure everything was going well. The installers Antonio and his partner were perfectionists. They were neat, professional and prompt told me exactly when they were coming and leaving. I would highly recommend them. A nice change to not have to chase people. GREAT JOB!! Thank you!!

My carpet looks amazing, they quoted me 600 less than Luna which was a huge plus. Cathy was very professional, the installers were very nice and quick! Highly recommended ♥️

Can’t say enough about Ron and his installers at Carpet Time! From start to finish a top notch operation. Ron is a low key but informative salesman. No used car like sales tactics here. If you want a quality floor installation at reasonable prices then Carpet Time is the place to go. We are very satisfied customers!
