Purchased a device from Marissa and the machine did not work. I called Marissa and she told me to call the manufacturer . That manufacture told me the device sold was an outdated device and they did not make parts for it and had not for years. I called Marissa back and she told me the device worked when she sent it and basically too bad. Awful company and a waste of money.

I have a great experience with Ademir Mendes. I have been importing various types of medical equipment from AA Store. This is not easy to do business while I stay thousands of mile away. But it became very easy for me while I got Ademir Mendes at AA Medical Store. I just deliver my requirement to him by text message or email, rest he takes all responsibility to find good condition equipment until shipment is done. This is an extra ordinary customer care service I have ever received from Ademir Mendes.
