“I took my senior dog in yesterday for a quick nail trim. And I mean quick!! We sat for maybe 2 minutes then she was taken in back for her "pedicure" her tech called it. Chloe does not like to have her feet touched. I muzzled my chiweenie for her safety. She had her done and back in my arms in less than 10 minutes. Chloe was a happy girl the whole way home. Thank you again for your excellent service”
“We have had great experiences with Dr. Ken Overmyer. Not familiar with many of the techs, but we recently dealt with Courtney who was very attentive and kind. Cathy and Marissa have gotten us in promptly and are welcoming when we come in.”
“We actually found a 3-4 week old kitten in the median of 45/52 just north of Bourbonnais Parkway. He was pretty banged up. We contacted Pine Bluff, and they made room to see the kitten. They treated him like he was theirs. They were so kind and compassionate. Thank you to them all. ❤️”

“My cat, Toothless, was diagnosed with jaundice. The vets were very accommodating, kind, and supportive. My sweet boy lost his month long battle in the end, but I never felt like the vets didn’t put their all into trying to help him and me as well. I’m so grateful for all they did. The euthanasia process was as pleasant and peaceful as it could’ve been as well. Below are pictures of Toothless from before he got sick.

“We were referred to them by a friend since we were unhappy with our past vet and we have had a wonderful experience so far. From the first visit my dogs seemed calmer and happier which is very important to us. These dogs are our family and we want the best for them. We just had our precious dogs spaded and the team was very gentle with them and informative during the procedure as well as after. They called the day after to see how they were doing which I appreciated. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend them!!”
