First time there, waited 37 minutes before I just left. All the reviews about making an appointment and then still having to wait a crazy long time are true. Good business practice would be to keep your books solid and make enough time for a couple of walk ins. People who walk in KNOW what they’re in for. People who make appointments value their time. Be up front with wait times, I’ve gotten faster and better service at Waffle House lmao

Again here I am made appointment at 130 most likely not going to get service till 2 my time is valuable and this is second time I've delt with timing issues. Why make an appointment? 5/23/24 okay I show up for pedicure at 10:55 set down to wait 2 woman come in announce they have appointments and behold they get taken back before me at 11:15 which I did in my previous encounter. So if you have time to waste go for it.

Chloe is the absolute best, been coming to her since I was 15 years old and now 24. Pedicure was very relaxing. Called in last minute and was able to get in same day! Always recommend her!!

Best nail place I’ve ever been, I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never met such kind hearted people like the ones at Venus nails. They go above and beyond and always takes the time to make sure that it’s perfection. Amazing ???

Called beforehand to see if they had time for full set and pedicure. Pedicure was one hour. Amazing experience. second hour I was just sitting there waiting for my manicure. Nothing. Didn’t get one cause I couldn’t wait much longer and well… call to double check that they could. Next day maybe I could get my manicure and they could do just as good. One hour later they let me walk out like this …. Sat all the time I needed to dry… they said 15 minutes I did 20 just watching tv. Hands left like this after 1.5 hour of the guy doing them

I recently went in as a walk-in for a pedicure (gel polish) on my birthday. Beyond pleased with their services. I even received a complimentary hand/body lotion. They are truly the best in town!

I highly do not recommend this nail salon if you want fast affordable QUALITY nails. I had my worst nail salon experience here, over the phone I was told a 10-15 minute wait and $30-35 for a full set of acrylics. I waited 2 hours and once I got seated they did a very poor job matching my shaping of nails, sizes and evenness. my friend I was with also got a design and it was entirely uneven as well. They ended up telling us the price was $50-55 for the set. Which is unreasonable for this quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I asked for a dip manicure and the price ahead of time. She told me $45 and charged me for $50. When I questioned the price increase she told me I had to pay for the manicure separate. This was very confusing as they advertise one price ($45) for both a dip + manicure and she never informed of this price difference when I asked.
The dip manicure was ok quality. He did not file down the sides of the finger nail so the polish bleeds onto my skin. He clipped too much of my nail bed that I actually bled a little and it stung when he applied alcohol. My pinky nail has already chipped.
I do not recommend and will not be going back.

Very happy with my no chip and/or dip manicures. I don't mind if they're running behind, when I can sit in a massage chair!
