I called and was hung up on.Called again today May 31st. and was hung up on 3 times. I hate this company and will never give them a single cent again. I caution anyone from using this facility.

This place will continually raise your rent every 6 months by $20+ even though they have made multiple mistakes while I have rented from them. I would highly advise looking around at other facilities as this one will raise rates constantly without even a person that works on site. Funny how they claim increasing costs yet this facility isn’t even managed by someone daily.

At first it was great. Then my price doubled. Then about 4 months later it jumped up another $20 but at that time I received a notice that it was going to happen. That meant they gave me an opportunity to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to keep my storage unit. Then, 4 months later I was billed for an additional $12 on top of the price increase without any notice.I've since tried to contact store space multiple times over phone and by email and have not received any contact whatsoever so I can't even cancel my membership if I wanted to. There is in fact, no option online to cancel. Convenient.Add insult to injury on the website they show the rental prices for the same unit for $40 cheaper than what I'm paying. And that's after the promo rate.I would find other storage if I were you.

We notified them we were moving out 3 times. We cleaned the unit. They are billing me for an empty storage unit for this month. I can't get through on the phone because nobody answers.

Very happy w my storage, of course they raised the price after 3 months but it wasn't ridiculous ?, and so far for a year no more raise on the price ?

Initially there were issues with my rental at store space self storage. I had rented a unit from them and upon showing up at the unit to start loading my space, another person there decided to take over my unit in the meantime and put their own items in my unit with their own lock. It took about a week to get settled. However, the management at store space self storage did take care of the issue for me and broke through the lock and move to the other person's possessions out of the unit that I was renting and paying for. So, that's the only reason I'm not giving them five stars. That kind of thing shouldn't happen in the first place. however, the storage unit and location itself is excellent. The units are exceptionally clean and secure. In the end I am both happy and satisfied. Wasn't the case at the beginning, but end all be all I am a happy and satisfied customer

It is so easy to use. Great customer service, great prices and newer clean storage spaces. Best outdoor storage space I have ever used!
