I would give zero stars but that's not an option. Booked an appointment online and got a text message confirming appointment the day before. However, when we got to the spa. The owner told us that he doesn't have an appointment and that he never booked one. The door also states that they accept walk ins, however he told us no.

Danny is great. Took care of me after nail surgery n saved them from falling off. And being gross lol! He is great n highly recommend. If you're a guy and work on your feet let him take care of them for you It makes a huge difference!

Top Nails in Minooka is under new management. Danny is now the new owner. I went there to get a fill in and was charged $80. Within 2 days the polish is pulling off and 3 of my nails lifted. I returned back 3 days later to ask him to just take them off, he said he was busy and it will be a 30 - 40 min wait. I said okay went to my car to make a phone call go back in he then tells me an hour wait because someone else just walked in. I'm like but you just told me I was next. He than begin to get hostel and raise his voice escalating the conversation. I'm like I'm sitting here waiting not saying anything he is still escalating the conversation. I then just told him to have a great day and left. This mane is very unprofessional and his products are horrible.

I definitely did not feel safe while getting my toenails done. Very creepy and uncomfortable vibes I received from my nail tech and I think who was the manager too
