Kudos to Pilot for hiring Jacob this is the second time with him here and the showers have been amazingly clean and spectacular that is a big step up from Scott who barely did anything I understand Scott has a disability but that's no excuse again amazingly clean showers thank you Jacob

Scott is the worst worker ever . he doesn't clean the showers , he waits until all towels are dirty before washing them . He has an attitude with customers and talks about them behind their back . He takes over 30 mins to do trash . He never cleans the toilets , he doesn't wipe down counters or the actual shower area . He will let the showers sit uncleaned until all 8 are dirty before he starts to clean them . Why is he still here ??♀️

Had an awesome interaction with one of the employees at pilot today - he came out while I was filling up on gas and checked every pump they had for card skimmers. When I asked him what he was doing, he told me that he regularly goes out and makes sure that the pumps don’t have any sort of fraud devices on them, as that issue is becoming increasingly common.
Thats awesome - good on you for doing that. I’ll definitely prefer this gas station over the others in the area due to that.

Most of this pilots/ flying j. No longer have showers. Most of fuel the pump s not working. By the time you get off the highway ramps. wait at traffic light s. Park your truck. Get ready to go inside. And to get inside and find out showers are not working.?They just make you lose your precious time. Valuable time that can be used to make money. They are the only ones making millions. Can I suit them?

My hubby always came to this place to park the truck, and i came to pick up him. Tonight there was a fight in a parking lot because the manager there wanted the parking lot for his friend and called the police to move the trailer to another place so that his friend could park there and before when we left, the parking lot was empty. My kids were really tired and hungry.
All the problem was from the way to the truck that I put the picture from him. It wasn't fair what they did.

The renovation is really hurting your business. Staff is tired and fed up and it shows. I hope to visit in a few months and see better results. And for goodness sakes, your staff needs a huge thank you and some relief!!! A few nice words and maybe a free lunch will probably work miracles!
