MVP is the best facility I have ever practiced at. I am part of the Illinois Select Travel Team and I LOVE IT!!!! All the coaches are amazing and influenced me to become the best player I can be. It is such a positive environment for players of all ages!!!!

Highly disappointed with this facility. They allow prepaid online bookings of batting cages that aren’t even available at the time slot you paid for, nor do they respond to refund requests under these circumstances. We were charged twice for reserved cages that were unavailable when we showed up with two heartbroken little girls who just wanted to hit some softballs with their dad, and tried reaching out various ways with absolutely no response. How can you run a business like this? It’s beyond aggravating that people can get away with simply taking peoples money.

Just like Phil Dean who made a post a few days ago. I bought a helmet extension for my son in May 2021 and never received product. I have been calling and no one picks up the phone. I have even sent DMs via Facebook. I have never experienced this from any vendor before. Very unprofessional. I will keep posting about this company until I get that credit on that helmet extension.

Elbow tendinitis, strained rotator cuffs?! That’s what happened to my sons after sending them to coach L.. would stay away if you cared about your kids arms. Doesn’t take accountability and doesn’t know anything about pitching. Look at his testimonials! Their career declines season after season. STAY AWAY

Bought a helmet guard from the website with 2 day shipping over a week ago. Never received tracking or the item and never got a response through email i sent several. This place is pathetic

Messages sent and never returned after canceled lessons. I’ve sent texts every day asking for a response. Every one of my messages has been cordial and polite, never once threatening or rude. Still nothing. Because lessons are prepaid, I’m inclined to refute charges via my credit card company. It may be the only way I can make things “right” since they won’t respond.

Poorly managed. We paid in advance for private batting lessons. On two occasions we arrived only to find out that the lessons were cancelled for no reason. No courtesy call or text. On the first occasion we rescheduled. The second time it occurred with no courtesy call or text I requested a refund. MVP Sports refused to answer my calls or emails once I requested a refund instead of rescheduling (It has been two months as of this review). It was a matter of principle for wasting our time. Hopefully they tighten things up.

I ordered a helmet extension in May and never received. Left tons of messages and got one reply back from owner stating that he would look into it and then radio silence. It is September now and no response from company. This is horrible customer service and I will never shop with this store and any other local store. Buyer beware!
