A huge thank you to Joe Bloom and the gang at Minooka Lumber and Supply. Great quality wood, fair prices, and the service was amazing. I made a measurement/ordering error and they were able to exchange the boards within 4 hours of my phone call. I will not buy lumber anywhere else. Simply a fantastic experience.

We are renovating parts of our home and were looking at various options in our area. Joe at Minooka Lumber was a pleasure to work with. I stopped by once to look at options then ordered everything over the phone a few days later. Delivery was quick/on time and the driver was great. I will definitely be returning in the future.

To honor the deaths of our two brothers, we created a children's library for the Elwood Children's Garden. A wooden post was needed to hold the main frame. Pam was a huge help with her advice on securing the structure, and she very kindly donated the post for the love project. We are all grateful to Pam for being so generous! It was delivered today and will be available for all to view by the schoolhouse at the gardens, so head on over soon!

The employees were very helpful and the store seems very organized. The only thing was that their inventory on conduit fittings was pretty empty.

This place is amazing! They employees were super helpful. The best part was that all of the lumber is 'good lumber,' meaning you don't have to sift through a pile of boards to find the 20% that aren't warped!!!! They also helped us load the truck. It is a true old school lumber yard. I didn't think these places still existed. This is going to be our go to place from now on for our woodworking projects. It was a little more expensive than the big boxes, but the small extra cost is worth it for the quality of lumber and service.
