On February 10, 2021, I was driving east on I80 going to work in Joliet, when my van started losing power, I made it to Minooka exit and parked in the Pilot Travel Center lot. I went inside and asked if there was an auto repair facility close by and was told there wasn't. I found Simotes online and talked to Dave who gave me the # for a towing service another great guy, it was almost 4:00 p.m., when Dave got my vehicle and he had it repaired by 5:00 p.m. I live in Mendota that would have been hell getting home Great service THANK YOU, Annette

They fixed my 1999 Grand Marquis, but there was just too much wrong to keep it running. Advised me to sell it before it turned into a money pit. Willy and Andy are super helpful - there to explain what's wrong and fix it - zero pressure from them. They currently service my Chevy Cruze whenever I need oil changes, tires. etc. Great place!

Simotes Mpotors goes above and beyond with their customer service. We bought a car here a few months ago and believe we got a great price and great automobile. I had my other car worked on in their service department and Willy, the Service Manager, and one of the mechanics explained my options very clearly and I saved money. I also did not have a way to get there to pick up my car, after reapairs were done, I told them I was going to take Uber to get there and they sent their internet manager to pick me up. They were very short handed that day, but took great care of me. I continue to recommend Simotes to anybody I talk to about cars. Thank you!!

To say my oil change was quick is an understatement ! They pulled my vehicle in and I wasn't able to get comfortable before they were done. They were extremely courteous and I will be back!

My experience at Minooka Automotive was excellent! I was in and out in no time! Everyone in the facility was polite and friendly. But best of all the service was UNBEATABLE! I had a coupon for an oil change with free exterior car wash for just $19.99! No games, no gimmicks! Great people, affordable service! I will be back!
