I don’t know why I honestly try at this location anymore. Anytime I come in there is an issue with their self checks and the guy manning the register was awful. I asked a simple question and wasn’t greeted, he tossed his stuff down on the register and tried questioning me like I was the idiot.Guess I’ll take the extra trip and just go to Walmart where I can get a self checkout to work and maybe get a question answered about a service advertised at your store.

Great and friendly staff. For 2 days they had a hiccup where there Internet was down and they could accept any cards and it was cash only. While inconvenient, they did have signage displaying this information before you walked into the store and at each register so you were aware. Even throughout this going on (and I could only imagine being yelled at) they still provided excellent service with a smile and friend attitude. Thank you for all you do Minooka DG.

Apparently there were some wifi issues and credit cards were not an option for a form of payment. So I have 2 young kids with me , grab a few items, and it seems as if the only 2 workers that were there were so into their conversation they didn't notice me looking around at the tiny signs on their checkout screen. So after a few moments of standing there with my kids, I interrupted their NON work involved conversation, and I got the rudest response. To look at the signs, "she has them on the screen" . Maybe instead of talking you should've been telling the woman with the kids who walked in that it's cash only. Ridiculous. So I grabbed my kids, and went to leave and she was verbally upset that I left my cart with my 5 items for her to put back. It's not the fact that the wifi was out that was upsetting. It was the customer service. I'll just be using the dollar general down Rt.6 instead.

Y’all really be on my last nerve. First, I buy a snack and after I leave I see it’s expired. Now today the cashier is extra rude and she put a charity donation on my card when I told her not to (I didn’t realize because she didn’t give me the total before asking).The Joliet store would never.
